Repair to N.J Sadak - Andalsingh in the District of Puri for the year 2025-26.

Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation , grass, bushes,shrubs, saplings & trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier & disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means & stacking of serviciable materials to be used or acutioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal & disposal of top organic soils not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per technical specification clause 210 & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to recive bituminous as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen @0.2 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous surface/granular base treated with primer/ granular base (not primed) cleaned surface including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th Revision)as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense graded bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed agreegates of specified grading , premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen ,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for the road and bridge works (4th Revision) as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing the road surface in the both sides of berm manually with approved quality of moorum including all labour charges for spreading, laying, levelling for the work including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, finished item of works as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:4:8) in foundation and floors using 4cm (1 ½") size clean hard black broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming watering and curring etc. complete including cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced , dowel jointed at expansion and construction only, plain concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion and construction joints, applying sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
