Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.The University reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons

As per Karnataka state Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01.01.2007 and Government letter no PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund.

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes if any will be deducted as per prevailing Government orders.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should process available tender capacity (bid capacity) greater than total tender value of work and shall furnish qualification information as per section 3 of Standard Tender Document (KW-I).

All the Formats prescribed in the bid documents shall be filled in complete manner. Incomplete Tenders will not be accepted.

The Tenderer should maintain the Building during defective liability period of 1year.

The materials like Steel, Cement etc., required for the work shall be procured by the tenderer themselves and should be got attested by the Quality Control Authority before using at site. Periodical test reports of the building materials shall be produced in this effect.

Work done certificate should be issued by competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

The item rates quoted shall include cost of royalty charges on construction materials & conveyance of all materials, Curing, Watering, unloading with all leads / lifts, labour & hire charges of machinery equipments etc., complete including all incidental charges. All the items shall be executed as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.

The successful tenderer has to deposit 5% of contract price as security deposit before execution of agreement in any form mentioned in KW manual from nationalized / scheduled bank drawn in favour of Comptroller, U.A.S. Raichur.

The tenderer is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of E-procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches.

Tenders from the contractors who have on - hand works in this University and have not completed the same within the allotted time period will not be accepted

The Qualification Information as per Section-3 standard tender document shall be filled properly & shall be upto date.

Tenders submitted without Qualification Information (in the prescribed format as per Section:3) will not be considered for Evaluation.

GST at 18% Shall be paid to the tendered amount separately as per Govt. Letter no. PWD 65 RDF 2017, Dated 11-10-2018 and Finance Dept. Circular No. FD/447/exp.-12/2022, Dt:- 30-07-2022.

It is mandatory for electrical licensed contractor who is executing the electrical work to obtain approval from ESCOMs / KPTCL / CEIG for arranging power supply, however necessary deposit amount shall be paid by the department

Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover

Work Performed as prime contractor (In the same name) on works of similar nature over during the five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26.

Financial Status

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and Auditors reports for the last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26.
