SURFACE DRESSING : Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft loss soil along with Site Clearance of Serviceable Materials:- Any vegetable, earth, sand, gravel, stone, debris of brickwork, concrete, masonry, MS frame work, iron, steel, pipelines etc.,

DISMANTLING : Dismantling of following existing structure of any description and nature at any place and position as per site in-charge including shifting/cleaning the materials from site. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

ROUGH EXCAVATION & FILLING AT SITE : Rough excavation of soil from factory premises not exceeding 1.5 m deep in soft loss soil and getting outand removal of excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing to low area inside Shall Forge Section bays. Labour only

SAND FILLING : Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

HARDCORE FILLING : Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

EXCAVATION IN TRENCH :Excavating in trenchs, n exc 1.5metre wide n exc 1.5m deep & getting out in hard & dense soil. & deposited within 100 metre.

FILLING & LEVELING : Filling in including returning, spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers as required.

CHIPPING SURFACES : Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material of 25mm Av thickness from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

ANTI CORROSIVE COATING : Cleaning of reinforcement Bars above 12 mm diameter from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

JACKETING OF COLUMN :Providing and laying in position site batched cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate 20mm stone chips and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; upto Plinth Level. Concrete of M25 grade (1:1:2) with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum

REPAIRING OF BEAM : Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).25 mm average thickness in 2 layers

FORMWORK :Formwork to sides of foundations footings, raft beams, floor slab & column etc. Rough finished square, rectangular concrete surfaces.

WIRE CLOTH : Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples but 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm

SCAFFOLDING : Providing & fixing double scaffolding system on exterior side building upto 5 m height above ground level including additional rows of scaffolding stepped manner as per requirement of site.

PCC IN FLOOR : Providing PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (20 mm aggregate) in foundation filling Floor, Mass Concrete. M&L

RCC : Reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm aggregate) (nominal mix) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like

STEEL REINFORCEMENT : TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

BRICK WORKS : Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:6

PLASTERING :Rendering cement plaster 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces.: cement plaster 1:6. Rendering is to be finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

NET FINISHING EXTRA CEMENT :Rendering 1 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, if the additional thickness is provided as floating/setting coat.

GALVALUME ROOF SHEET :Supplying & fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa & total coating (Zinc-AL) 150gsm as in roof covering and cladding to wall, fitting of L/J hooks 8 mm dia, crank bolts, nuts, washers with EPDM washers to fix with existing structure.

PLAIN GALVALUME ROOF SHEET : supplying & fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheets 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa & total coating (Zinc-Al) 150gsm bending to required shape & size as in ridges, cladding to walls fixed with self taping screws with EPDM washers to fix with existing structure.

MS FRAME WORK :Supplying & fixing MS frame work confirming to Fe-410 Grade A & Fe-290 Grade E-165 for roof trusses, purlins including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete as per directions including dismantling & removing to store the existing old damaged MS work, is required.

MILD STEEL SHEETING : Supplying, fitting & fixing 2.50mm thick plain, black, mild steel sheeting, in valley gutters by revetting or continuous welding. Minimum end over lapping is 100 mm. M&L

PAINTING : Supplying & applying a coat of red lead primer on steel surface after preparation of surface. Qty : as per PSMB No.3 Vol-II

DOWNTAKE PIPE (M&L) Supplying, laying, cutting, fitting & fixing of PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete with suport, fitting bend, tees, flanges and all necessary accessories in any lenth laid in trenches. the joints of pipeline should be made water proof. make : Supreme, Oriplast / equivalent. M&L

CLEANING OF VALLEY GUTTER & DOWN TAKE PIPES ETC : Cleaning properly the smoke dust,silt,leaves & other materials from the valley gutter & down take pipes of any size,description & nature at any place,position & height as per site requirerment including cleaning & removing of rubbish connected with surface drains (open or covered) laying inside the section upto the outside main drain as per instruction of S-I-C.Rain water must pass smoothly without any leakage through valley gutter & downtake pipes. Applying evently a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate 1.2 kg/sqm. Whole job should be completed as per direction of E-I-C.

CONTRACTOR'S PROPERTY : The dismantled materials will be contractor's property & deduction will be made on these materials. The contractor should visit the site before making quotation.
