Removing & cleaning of blockage from WC/EWC trap of any description and in any position by removing sand/sludge/silt and other forein material deposited in it (either manually or mechanically) upto first manhole and making the seweage system functional to the entire satisfaction of Engg in Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No. 1 but from traps of bath rooms/ kitchen sink/ wash basin/ Urinal point and gully traps.

M&L for Cleaning of sewage lines of existing sewer line of dia 100mm to 300mm bore, laid at a any depth not exc. 3.00m deep below ground level by mechanically using appropriate technological appliances as required at site including manholes, inspection chamber, testing after cleaning and getting out sludge and accumulated solids / semi solids from connected manholes / Lines, removing the sludge / spoil min 250 mtrs away from MOD land and refixing the manhole cover complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pumping out/dewatering of soakage wells or septic tanks etc of any size and depth by machanical means i.e. pumping sets etc and removing the muddy water in liquid or semi-liquid state to a pit of sufficient size and depth at a place exc. 250mtrs away from defence land and burried in ground including necesary excavation earth work and spreading of bleaching powder complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cleaning / desludging of existing septic tank of any capacity and any depth including taking out and removing sludge and accumulated solids / semi solid contents in closed container at a place 250 mtrs away from defence land and burried in ground including necessary excavation, earth work and spreading of bleaching powder complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The cubic contents of sludge will be measured after drying the sludge as mentioned at Para 16.1 in particular specification and no extra cost for necessary excavation and refilling with excavated soil over the sludge and bleaching powder shall be paid and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for this provision. (ii) The cleaning of septic tank shall be carried out mechanically using apropriate technological appliances.

Demolition of RCC work of any description and any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg as in cover slab and like and set in cement mortor 1:4 incl necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 6-8mm dia bar cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for fencing posts and binding with mild steel wire ( annealed) not l3ess than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking end ,and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) Part- I quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC type A-1 (1:1.5:3) using 20mm graded stone aggregates for cover slabs, slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of flat suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; n.exc. 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) as rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for block masonry with solid pre-cast cement concrete blocks made out of cement concrete 1: 3: 6 type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, any width and setting in cement mortar 1 : 6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement (with using water proofing compound ) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: WPC shall be measured & paid seperatly.

Supply only water proofing compound (WPC).

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on walls including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation ,etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt, glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) (150mm internal dia) of any description set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in bed to drain pipe, incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe 150mm bore after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 150mm internal dia reinforced concerete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, 150mm internal dia salt glazed storeware drain pipes, grade 'A', laid in treanches and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair110 mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 75 mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n,exc 25 cm layers complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed , at level not exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous china squatting pan 'Orissa pattern' size 580X 440 mm white with integral foot rest (exluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap,concrete and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete including making good to floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white ,including flush pipe,Pedestal pan and trap, including connection to drain (or utgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc..complete including Plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device and trap complete all as specified and as directed.
