Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sq. cm and over in section, in any position of framed/ unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel work as in tubular trusses, purlin, rafters etc; including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick of any colour, having 550 Mpa tensile strength as in roof covering/ ridges and fixed with self tapping screws or J type hooks including rubber washer etc complete including dismantling asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets, AC ridges etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of old brick/stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work (except bricks) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6 (old size brick) including demolition of old brick /stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltrs, setting aside for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in positiion including writing date of cleaning in letters / numbers 100 mm high etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting and uprooting of grass and unwanted vegetation on roof surfaces, roughning old bricks tile/concrete surfaces by picking sweeping clean wire brushing and washing down with water to remove dust etc including flashing & junction of parapits, filling damaged/open joints in CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm size crushed stone aggregate) without using extra cement and applying neat cement slurry 3.00 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Matrerial and labour for 40mm thick average thickness PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course / padding over roof surface mixed with using water proofing compound @ 2% by the weight of cement, surface to be finished even and smooth with using extra cement to receive APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for APP polymeric water proofing treatement to roof using membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 kg/sqm , black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt (Weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) with thermo fusible finish laid by force application after applying compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr per Sqm, by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25' C temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat, torching over laps with a propane or butane gas torch with a over lap of 100 mm at the side and 150 mm at the ends and sealing including a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm below APP and two coats water proofing paint with aluminium finish on top of laid APP surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES : - (i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. Contractor's quoted rate for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as roof kerbs or mud stops and the like, rounded or chamfered on edges complete including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of water storage tank of 500 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, cylindrical, vertical with closed top and FDA approved, 100% UA stabilized, rust proof, ISI marked, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm high pressure with polythene float and flynut, ISI marked, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore including taking down of old tank of any descrption and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Tank shall be white and make of tank shall be engraved on the tank.

Supply and fixing in repairs 100 mm dia UPVC soil, waste, drain pipe, type ‘B’, conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length, with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement, laid in trenches or in floor etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall conform to IS 5382-1985.

Supply and fixing in repairs 75 mm dia UPVC soil, waste, drain pipe, type ‘B’, conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length, with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement, laid in trenches or in floor etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall conform to IS 5382-1985.

Supply and fixing in repair 75 mm bore UPVC (SWR) plain bend any radius including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified. (Note- UPVC bends shall be confirm to BS 4515 DIN 19531 and DIN 19534)

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as post holes etc and the like including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any thickness on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on surface of any description of brick or concrete mixed with using water proofing compound @ 2% by the weight of cement, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer on newly plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on surface of walls by using appropriate technique as approved by Engr-in- Charge for complete removal of all layers of treatment and reaching upto old plastered surface and applying a coat of 3 mm thick wall care putty as per manufacture instructions and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.
