INTERIOR FURNISHING WORKS

WOODEN PARTITION:Providing and fixing Wooden partition finished with 2" x 2" frame works with 19mm thick plywood & 6 mm plywood for side, 1 mm thick laminate finish and fully/partly glazed(8 mm/10 mm thick glass) as per design. The cost included fixing necessary hardwares etc., complete as per design.

DOORS

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick toughened glass door with fixtures. The cost included floor spring, handles and fixing necessary hardwares etc. complete as per design. Size : 3'6" x 7'0" Ht

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick marine grade flush door fully opaque/semi glazed door with fixtures. The cost included door jambs, vision panel, handles, mortise lock, door closer, fixing necessary hardwares etc., complete as per design. Size : 3'6" x 7'0" Ht

WALL PANELLING

Providing and fixing wall panelling finished with 12 mm thick plywood and 1.0mm thick laminate, necessary hardwares etc., as per design.

STORAGE FOR TELLER DESK DESIGN

Providing and fixing storage unit finished with 19mm thick plywood for storage top side verticlas & shelves, 6 mm for back and 1.0 mm thick laminate for outer surface & 0.7 mm for inside area. The storage shall have openable shutters with locking system, adjustable/fixed shelves, fixing necessary hardwares etc., complete as per design.

ALUMINIUM PARTITION

Providing and fixing Aluminium partition wall (12 mm Prelaminated board, 6 mm glass) with extruded built up standard tubular sections appropriate z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285. Fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions ie, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth,rust free, straight, mitered and jointed machanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing panelling, C.P brass/stainless steel screws, including the cost of vinyl stickers (architect's choice) all cost of materials, hardwares, conveyance and labour charges etc.,complete as per design.

ALUMINIUM PARTITION AND FIXING (USING EXISTING PARTITION MATERIALS)

Removing existing entrance area b/w rolling shutter and BM Cabin side Aluminium partition and refix for the same material at strong room front area. The cost included labour charges, modifying, resizing existing materials and fixing necessary hardwares etc., complete as per design.(As per site condition)

Providing and fixing fully opaque aluminium door. The cost included door closer, necessary hardwares etc., complete as per design. Size : 3'6" x 7'0")

GYPSUM FALSE CEILING

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12.5 mm thick gypsum board and 16 gauge galvanised iron channels, (ceiling channels MF.5, 80 mmx26 mmx5mm @457 mm c/c and intermediate channels MF.7 A, 15 mm x 45mm, .9mm@1220 mm c/c and perimeter channels MF.6A, 20mm x 26mm along wall and strap hanger- MF.8), using joint tap and joint compound. The cost included cut -outs for light fixtures as per design.

Providing and fixing gypsum cove for indirect lighting as per design for Visitors and BM cabin area.

PAINTING WORKS

Providing and applying one coat cement primer two coat putty and two coat plastic emulsion paint to walls & ceiling including all cost of materials, conveyance and labour charges etc.,complete as per design. Wall painting (For workstation Area)

Providing and applying plastic emulsion paint without putty finish for wall ceiling area (Strong room, Pantry and Toilet area)

Providing and applying enamel paint for window grill and rolling shutter

WINDOW BLINDS

Providing and fixing vertical blinds with best quality made from 100% polyester yarn coated with fade resistant polymer to ensure complete opaquity with zero light transmittanc having suitable coating on exterior, including all fixtures and fittings complete in all respect as per design.

WINDOW SAFETY GRILL

Providing and fixing safety grill for visitors area window. The safety grill shall have 11/4" 'L' Angle support for right round frame and 12 mm thick square rod 4" c/c pattern. The cost included 1 coat primer paint finish and fixing necessary harware etc., complete.

ELECTRICAL WORKS-POINT WIRING

Supply and labour charges for wiring of light points including exhaust fan with 2 runs of 1.5 sq mm FRLS pvc Cu. Wire with same wire as earth through 20 mm medium PVC conduit with metal box, modular switches, plates and all accessories up to a lenghthof 6 meters. Single light point (Up to 6 Mtr.)

CABLING

Supply and laying Cat 6-e cable (D-Link) in PVC conduit.

COLLAPSIBLE GATE Providing and fixing MS Collapsible gate single shutter made out of verticle double channels 12 mm X 8mm X 3 mm at maximum 125 mm apart when fully strecthed as specified, brased with flat iron diagonals 12 mm X 5 mm as speicfied in the item. The top and base shall be of MS section 25mm X 25 mm X 6mm with 25 mm dia. rollers in every fourth double channels.

The MS section at top shall be replace by MS flat 40 mm X 10mm. The necessary fittings such as bolts, nuts, locking arrangements, stoppers, handles etc. shall be provided. T-iron rails shall be fixed to the lintel and floor with masonry nails embedded in cement concrete of lintel and floors at suitable spacing, The bottom runner shall be embedded with floor and proper groove formed and the floor shall be made good to match the rest of the flooring at the sides, the end double channels shall be fixed with T-iron rails and also by hold fastes 200mm X 40 mm X 4 mm bolted at one end to the end double channel and the masonry in 1:2:4 cement concrete.
