PERIODICAL SERVICES INCLUDING DAY TO DAY MAINT TO JOINERY, SANITARY FITTINGS, WATER PROOFING AND CONNECTED WORKS IN MD AND OTM ACCN OF MH, MDC, DSC RECORDS, MES COMPLEX AND PAO (OR) AT KANNUR MILITARY STATION UNDER GE (ARMY) TRIVANDRUM

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick/stone walls or in ceiling surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) All the items here-in-after for the comprehensive maintenance/periodical services will be carried out in OTM and Md accommodation for height of buildings upto 16m of the subject area. (b) The rates quoted by contractor are inclusive of following : (i) Collection of daily complaints from respective JE/Complaint book from MES office and maintaining the record, obtaining user signature and submitting daily for verification (ii) Skilled workmen i.e Plumber, Carpenter should be employed by the contractor for attending daily complaints. (iii) The scaffolding upto 16m and connected accessories, safety equipments shall be used wherever applicable (iv) All taken down items should be removed from site immediately and should not cause hindrance to user.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by the weight of cement on fair faces of brick/concrete work in external surfaces of wall finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work/ laterite masonry work/ PCC solid block masonry/ concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls by sanding the surfaces and applying one coat of wall primer (water thinable / solvent thinable) and applying two coats of oil bound distemper to be applied of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and by washing scrubbing etc and applying two coats of cement based paint (first quality) complete all as specified and as directed.
