M&L for refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) for 15 mm dia pipes with and including all new fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI pipe shall be reused, received under Item No.104 here in above.

M&L for Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landing, steps, cills sunshades, shelves lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water pipe etc and making good cutting not exc 10cm.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm size Stainless Steel butt hinges, ISI marked, medium weight, cold rolled and fixed with screws to frame complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking down existing water tank of capacity exc 250 liter and not exc. 500 liter and removing from site complte and S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 lts capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted with and including 20 mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed in position all as per SSR Part I complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning of RCC/Rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (over head service tank) of capacity exc. 250 & not exc. 500 liter after emptying the tank and disconnecting of its Connection from Main pipe and cleaning with suitable chemical and removing the scales etc if any washing with clean water properly and reconnection of the same with existing Main Pipe and writing the date of cleaning with using synthetic enamel paint black/white ( height of words/letters minimum in 100 mm) complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair galvanised sheet water tank covers including nut and bolts, hinges, hasp and staple etc suitable for water tanks of capacity 500 litres to 1000 litres as per sample kept in AGE office complete all as specified and directed.
