Manning & operation of water supply installation and fire fighting installation installed at K K areas in two shifts (each shift of 08 hours) to be operated by one operator per shift of 08 hours for all days including Sunday & Holiday comprising the following machineries/ equipment complete all as specified and directed:- (A) Machineries at KK Ground (a) Submersible pump set 1200 LPM at 75 Mtr head (25 HP) - 01 No (b) Fire pump set 2850 LPM at 70Mtr head (75 HP)-01 No (c) Jokey pump set 12.5 HP – 01 No (d) Fire diesel engine 2850 LPM at 70 Mtr head complete with accessories - 01 No (e) Centrifugal booster pump set 5 HP 400/415 volt 50 Hz complete – 02 Nos (f) Suction pipe reflex valve, sluice valve, water meter and delivery pipe upto overhead tank. (g) Internal electrification of pump house as per inventory. (h) Bleaching dozer 24 gallons capacity. One Operator (Semi-skilled worker, ITI qualified) in Two shifts only

Manning & operation of water supply installation and fire fighting installation installed at RP Area in two shifts (each shift of 08 hours) to be operated by one operator per shift of 08 hours for all days including Sunday & Holiday comprising the following machineries/ equipment complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Centrifugal booster pump set 15 HP 400/415 volt 50 HZ complete – 02 Nos (b) Fire pump set 2850 LPM at 70 Mtr head (75 HP) – 01 No (c) Jokey pump set 12.5 HP – 01 No (d) Fire diesel engine 2850 LPM at 70 Mtr head complete with accessories - 02 Nos (e) Suction pipe reflex valve, sluice valve, water meter and delivery pipe upto overhead tank. Manning & operation of sewage pump installation in Domestic area at Sewage PUMP HOUSE No.01 in two shifts (each of 8.00 hrs from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) respectively by deploying one operator per shifts, comprising the following machine/equipment complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Non clog sewage pumping set driven three phase electric motor upto 30HP electric motor 3 phase 440 V,50 Hz complete with starter panel- 01 No at sewage pump house No.1 (b) Sluice valve & reflex valve complete with suction and delivery pipe. (c) Internal electrification as per inventory.

(a) Non clog sewage pumping set driven three phase electric motor upto 30HP electric motor 3 phase 440 V, 50 Hz complete with starter panel-01 No. (b) Sluice valve & reflex valve complete with suction and delivery pipe. Manning & operation and maintenance of sewage pump installations in officer area at Sewage PUMP HOUSE No.3 in two shifts, each of 08 hours from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs respectively by deploying one operator per shift, comprising of the following machine/equipment complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Non clog sewage pumping set driventhree phase electric motor uoto 30HP electric motor 3 phase 440 V, 50 cycle complete with starter panel-. (b) Sluice valve & reflex valve complete with suction and delivery pipes etc. (c) Internal electrification as per inventory. (d) DG set 30 KVA-01 No.

One Operator (Semi-skilled worker, ITI qualified) in Two shifts only

Manning & operation of water supply installation in Domestic area at PUMP HOUSE No.11 round the clock for 24 hours in three shift to be operated by one operator per shift (each shift of 8 hours) comprising the following machine/equipment and keeping cleanliness all around the pump house and over head tank up to a distance of 25M complete all as specified and directed. (a) Submersible pump set 35 HP. (b) Suction pipe,reflex valve,sluice valve, water meter and delivery pipe upto overhead tank. (c) Internal electrification as per inventory. (d) Bleaching dozer 24 gallons capacity. (e) AMS M 240-245 diaphragm metering chemical dozing pump set. (f) Silent type Gen set 62.5 KVA with Accoustic canopy.

Manning & operation of water supply installation in Domestic area at PUMP HOUSE No.09 round the clock for 24 hours in three shift to be operated by one operator per shift (each shift of 8 hours) comprising the following machine/equipment and keeping cleanliness all around the pump house and over head tank up to a distance of 25M complete all as specified and directed. (a) Submersible pump set 25 HP. (b) Suction pipe,reflex valve,sluice valve, water meter and delivery pipe upto overhead tank. (c) Internal electrification as per inventory. (d) Bleaching dozer 24 gallons capacity. (e) AMS M 240-245 diaphragm metering chemical dozing pump set. (f) DG set 30 KVA complete with panel alongwith strarting battries. with Accoustic canopy.

One Operator (Semi-skilled worker, ITI qualified) in Three shifts only

NOTES for Srl.No. 1 to 7.01 including sub paras here-in-before:- (i) For detail about attending the complaints, priorities, penalties, qualifications etc please refer Sch 'A' Notes and tender documents. (ii) The rates quoted in Column 13, shall not be less than the minimum wages as notified by the GOI/ state Govt/local body,whichever is higher failing which the tender shall be treated as non-bonafide. (iii) The contractor shall also quote rate/percentage against EPF, ESIC, Bonus, LWC, GST and OH&P in respecive column i.e, Column No 14,16,20,22 & 26, as per latest instructions of concern department as on "end date of bid submission". (iv) The bid shall be treated as Non-bonafide on following reasons:- (a) Quoting Nil against OH&P. (b) Quotating less than Minimum wages (c) Quotating LWC less than 1% (d) Quotating Less/Nil against EPF, ESIC & Bonus w.r.t same as applicable according to total number of workmen/wages as per instruction in vogue.

NOTES(Contd/-) (v) The financial effect involved against EPF, ESIC & Bonus shall be paid only after submission of valid and authenticate document in support of proof of payment failing which payment against these heads shall not be made. (vi) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place.
