PART-A Designing, Creation and Execution of Theme based Ambience PARTER NATION- TANZANIA

Work Huts of Foreign Countries including country branding. (It should represent Art, culture, architecture, typography and scriptures of each country Branding). The Specifications are as follows:- a) Size of 3mtr. x 3mtr.) b) Sun-board Panels/ Wooden ply 5mm with paint finish on facia c) Printed coloured cloth (same will be approved by HTC/SKMA) on existing RCC columns on Huts

Digital Printed Panel (To be installed on the way to food court, mini chaupal and other prominent areas) i. Size 4ft. x 8ft. ii. Printed Sun Board/ Vinyl/WPC cutouts on a digitally printed as per approved theme by HTC/SKMA

Designing and Installation of Multi layer thematic Entrance gate of Partner Nation in the foreign nation area. (It should represent Art, culture, architecture, typography and scriptures of Partner Nation Branding). The Specifications are as follows:- i. Size 18ft(width) X 16ft (height) X 3ft (Depth) ii. Display of theme of Partner Nation on four sides of the gate iii. Sculpted metal structure with vinyl prints, metal legs support structure with paint finish. iv. Legs to be welded on a MS base plate structure. v. PVC panels with paint finish and profile lights on edges, use of textured fabric representing Partner nation

Designing and Installation in the foreign area by using TANZANIA fabric or famous art/Kites fixed with MS wire. Feature fixed on the wooden box made of MDF board.

Thematic entry tunnel with following Specifications : a) Use of decorative LED lights b) handmade products c) Use of artificial flowers d) Rangolis, theme based hangings e) Metal frames with digitally printed fabric banners hanging from the frame of Size 14ft height, 12 ft. wide, 8 ft depth.

Installation of Cloth Fabric bunting for huts with following specifications :- a) Made of Wrinkle Free cloth with fast colours in various shapes b) Tied with strong threads/ropes as per requirement

Tree installation/ hangings with Minimum items 30-35 nos. in each tree with following Specifications :- a) Kites, Paper Lanterns, puppets, Cane wood, b) Colourful fabric stretched over metal wire frames c) LED light strips d) 3D mask, tessels, pinwheel etc.

Installation of Cloth draping as per the venue requirement (Colourful satin and printed bandhni fabric tied with wooden ballies and with trees).

Installation using assorted sizes of Colorful umbrellas with following Specifications:- Size 2’-6” dia and 2’-0” dia (as per requirement 50-60 nos.).

Pin wheel Décor with with M.S pole Made of acrylic sheet in different colors and MS pole fixed on ground painted in black colour as shown in picture.

Cloth bunting. The specifications are as follows:- i. Made of cloth which is wrinkle free with fast colours ii. Logo branding of Surajkund Mela iii. Tied with strong threads/ropes as per requirement of site.

The specifications are as follows:- a) Size: 6’ dia b) Made of MDF ply with plain/ Bandhani cloth c) Finish with intricate mirror work as per design. d) To be fixed on floor with proper M.S support at the back and back side facia is to be painted with matching color.

Tree installations (Minimum items 30-35 nos. in each tree). i. Kites, ii. Paper Lanterns, iii. Puppets, iv. Cane wood, v. Colourful fabric stretched over metal wire frames, vi. LED light strips, vii. 3D mask, viii. Tessels, pinwheel etc.

Installation of Multicolor lit light tree structure a) Size 6 ft. dia of base 10-15ft. height. b) Iron frame structure c) Iron base circular stand 5 ft. dia , d) Led light for leaves with multi glow effect e) Composition of 03 branches in one tree of different heights to be located as per site requirement.

Designing and Creation of Tree with Colourful Butterfly with Night glow effect. The specifications are as follows:- i. Size: Width 12ft., Height 10ft. made of MS structure. ii. Colourful Butterfly assorted sizes like 2’-0”x2’-0”, 2’-0”x1’-6”, 1’-6”x1’-0” iii. Made of iron die casting and waterproof /parachute cloth iv. Night glow material / LED bulbs v. Solid iron base of tree is 3’-0” dia.

Designing and Creation of Multicolor Flowers. The Specifications are as follows:- i. Size: width 3ft., height 5ft. ii. MS base frame iii. Flowers made of water proof /parachute cloth as per approved colors iv. MS wire painted in matching color. v. Provision of led light in the flowers. vi. MS base frame out of the size: 3’-0”x3’-0” painted in black color.

Designing and Creation of Photo Opportunity (Installations of peacocks with feathers fixed ). The specifications are as follows:- i. Size 10’-12’ length x 6’ -8’ height. ii. Wooden Box size 14’-0”x2’-6” x1’-8”ht. iii. Made of MDF Board, thermacol, wooden sticks, rope etc. iv. Installation of Sun board/ MDF ply to be painted as per approved design. v. Box made of MDF board painted as per approved shade.

Photo Opportunity Installations (Free standing triangular fabric panels). The specifications are as follows:- a) Size out of 3’-0”x3’-0”x6’-0” height b) Size out of 3’-0”x3’-0”x8’-0” height b) Composition of 5 or 6 no. triangular standees to be installed in various locations c) Made of MS frame with coloured printed waterproof cloth as per approved design.

Fabrication/ Installation of Cloth draping at Chaupal-II i. Cloth draping in multicolor, ii. Fast color, fabric in the Chaupal-II area iii. 20 nos. radial length of 40 meter as per approved color scheme.

Fabrication/ Installation of Cloth draping at Food Court Area i. Cloth draping in multicolor, fast color, fabric in the food court area ii. 20 nos. radial length of 25 meter fixed with wooden ballie in the vacant area as per approved color scheme.

Installation of Sun Flower feature at Gate no.4. The Following Specifications are as follows:- i. Size of Height of flowers sticks 12’-0” (06 nos.) ii. Sun flower made of parachute/water proof coloured cloth fixed with M.S frame. iii. Flower sticks made in green waterproof/parachute cloth with MS wire with led lights. iv. Fibre pots of 3’-0” height for flowers.

Installation of Multicolor Hangings on Centre Main Axis and Partner Nation Area The specification are as follows:- i. Made of printed/Bandhani cloth with MS wire/ Acrylic ball and satin/beads etc. ii. Tied with strong threads/ropes as per requirement at site as/drawings.

Wooden Barricading i. 2 ft. height around the features fixed to the floor. ii. Made of 12 mm thick MDF Board painted in off white shade.

Apna Ghar of Haryana: Design, Décor of Existing Apna Ghar of Haryana of size size:- 25’-0” X 25’-0” by providing traditional art and motifs.

Setup and Install Exhibition of Heritage articles surrounding the Apna Ghar and Interior of Haveli Ground and 1st Floor in sufficient Quantity including Jharokha, Taandi, wall Panellinq and Mud texture on wall panellinq of 170 Sqft.

Live Demonstration of Haryana Crafts(include Craftperson/Helper) showing the Haryana Crafts such as Pottery Maker, Handoom Durrie Maker, Pidhi Maker and Jutti Maker (ONLY FOR EXHIBITION) for 17 days

Setup and Install Temporary Gate (02 nos.) for Left and right side of Apna Ghar

PART-B Flower arrangements/decoration.

Providing and Fixing 1 mtrs. lari Std. length Flower of Calcutta Marigold (orange/yellow colour) - at strategic locations of Hotel Rajhans and Mela Area during all days of Mela.

Providing and Fixing Guldavri/ white flower in laris at strategic locations of Hotel Rajhans and Mela Area during all days of Mela.

Providing and Fixing Green Patti Lari 1 Mtr. Std. length in Hotel Rajhans and Mela Area during all days of Mela.

Providing and Fixing cut flower border in rose, carnation, zarbara, flowers etc., with green foliage for the main chaupal stage in Mela area. 8” wide fixed over wet oasis including maintenance and retouching for all 17 days.

Providing and Fixing - 10 Nos. Urali per day provided with flowers and encircled with Rangoli in Hotel Rajhans as well as in front of cultural stage in the Mela area on rental basis. Rates to be including the installation and rent charges for vvip functions (10 Urali X 6 days) including maintenance and retouching for all 17days.

P/F fiber /M.S. pedestals in different areas decorated with cloth and flowers (carnation roses and Zarbara and green foliage). Flowers arrangement to be changed every 3rd day. (10 pedestals x 6 days)

Providing English Rose Buds with Decoration as per requirement at various places wrapped with cellophane or coloured paper.

Medium table flower arrangement (1 ft. diameter) with Rose, Carnation and green foliage of 8-10 stems as per requirement at various places/acrylic containers or fixed over wet oasis

Big table flower arrangement on consoles, reception counter and VIP rooms at Hotel Rajhans with lilium, Rose, Carnation and green foliage of 20-25 stems as per requirement at various places fixed over wet oasis.

Laying of Rose Petals as per requirement at various places

Decoration of Golf Carts with coloured cloth and Gainda flower Lari. (Gainda Lari to be changed every 3rd day 8 golfcarts X 5 days).

Hand bouquet with Lilly flower (15-20 stem), Lilium flower, carnation, gladulas and Roses as per requirement wrapped with cellophane or coloured paper/ribbon.

VVIP Hand bouquet. All imported/hybrid flower, Rose, Blue Orchid, Dahlia, Iris, carnation, Zarbara, Lilium, gladulas etc. (25 to 30 stems of flowers)

Decoration of Main entrance gate and entry to pool area of Hotel Rajhans. Gates made of M.S truss covered/draping with coloured cloth & artificial flower/hangings as well as Gainda Lari, Green Pati Lari etc (To be decorated every 3rd day).
