Supply, Install, testing and commissioning Electro hydraulic, Manual and Automated K4 crash rated boom barrier having rated length 4-7.00Mtr with minimum 6.0Mtr clear passage, rated height 0.9-.95Mtr, IP-68 protection, PUSH BUTTON, REMOTE CONTROL & MANUAL operative operation, High Tensile carbon steel material, including activated warning light, operated temp between -30degree C to 65degree C, operational On/OFF time 4-6 Sec, single/three phase power supply, 220/415Volts, 50Hz including control panel all as specified and as directed. Make : Secure Innovative/ATG Access/Gunnebo/Delta Scientific /Avon Barriers. Note : (i) The contractor should provide Crash Rated Barrier manufacturer/ system integrator quality certificates as per ISO 9001:2015 & safety certificates like ISO 45001 from reputed certifying body like TUV, BV, SGS. (ii) The contractor should produce certificate of barrier having impact rated in accordance with IWA 14-1:2013 std at Horiba MIRA, U.K. (iii) Pressure in the oil pump of barrier can be adjusted between 30 to 120 bars. (iv) In case of power failure, manual operation possibly by hand pump/by-pass valve. (v) The hydraulic power pack can be installed within the main barrier body or can be separately installed in case of space constraints. (vi) Pair of photo sensors and loop detector will be provided as standard accessories for safety against human traffic and vehicles.
