PART: A (Installation of Latching Type High Mast) Supply 12.5 mtr Latching High Mast Tower, Top A/F 150mm minimum bottom A/F 350mm minimum,Thickness 3 mm/4 mm minimum Base Plate 520mm minimum (OD)x25 mm thick, designed to with stand wind speed upto 180km/Hr. as per IS:875 including Latching system lantern carriage assembly, winch assembly including integral motor with mechanical torque limitor, head frame, ss wire rope, power tool for winch, lighting finial, 8 nos foundation bolts having dimension at least M24 X850mm long, Feeder Pillar Box including S & F suitable terminal, protection MCB, Distribution board/switches, necessary power and control cable (Cu), Aviation lamp single dome (High Mast & Carriage Assembly Make: Transrail/Bajaj/Valmont)

Erection of High Mast Tower including design and casting of RCC foundation with M25Grading, considering the bearing capacity of existing soil texture and commissioning of 12.5 mtr High Mast with 2 nos GI earthing. (Design & Drawing to be approved by EIC before execution).

Supply and Fixing of 250W LED flood light fittings IP 66, CRI 70, lumen per watt not less than 110, built in surge protection within the driver minimum 4KV and additional 10KV SPD within the fittings. (Make- Signify (Philips)/Crompton/Wipro/Bajaj/Transrail/Havells)

Supply & erection of outdoor type cubical Feeder Pillar box made with 5mm thick MS sheet on the top and 3mm thick MS sheet in all sides and bottom, Front opening type double door with Railway type locking arrangement, as well as pad locking arrangement with two nos. earthing arrangement, comprising with one no 4 pole 32A C-Curve MCB, 63A, 4 nos Cu bus bar chamber, one timer switch complete with 10/12 way SPN BDB enclosure, 32A 4pole contractor, one 10A toggle switch, fully interconnected by suitable size cu FRLSH flex wire (Finolex/Havells/KEI/RR Kable) and S & F 15mm thick Bakelite sheet (ISI) as required with painting by two coats of synthetic enamel paint (to be painted by Spray method) over one coat of red led primer. Feeder pillar should be erected after casting of required civil foundation fully cemented plaster with net cement finish as per direction of E.I.C. (All accessories make-L&T/ABB/Havells).

Supply and Laying of 4 Core 10 sqmm Aluminium armoured cable in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed (from main feeder pillar to high mast panel). (Make: Havells/Glostar/Polycab/ RR Kable)

PART: B (Supply of Materials and fiitings) Supply & Laying of 4Core 50 sq.mm Al Armoured cable in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammedCable (Make: Havells/Glostar/Polycab/ RR Kable).

Supply and laying of 3x1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated Cu Round cable. (Make. Finolex/Havells/Polycab/Glostar)

Supply & fixing of 220W LED drivers for LED flood light fittings, input 230V AC 50 Hz, output 126-220V DC, 1.05 amp constant cuttrent DC with 0-10 V DC dimming (Make: Philips-XITANIUMN/Crompton/Wipro)

Supply and Fixing of minimum 235W, 29500 lumen LED street Light fittings IP 66, CRI 70, lumen per watt not less than 110 with necessary fixing arrangement with all accessories including potted driver with built in 4 KV surge protection within the driver and additional 10KV SPD within the fittings; the fittings to the fixed on existing pole after dismantling the existing damaged street light fittings. (Make: Signify (Philips)/Crompton/Wipro/Bajaj/Transrail/Havells). N.B: (a)The warranty for the LED flood light fittings and street light fittings of BOQ Item Sl. No. 3.00 and 12.00 has to be provided for 5 years by the manufacturer. (b) The bidder should upload LM79 & LM80 Test Report for the offered LED Strret Light & Flood Light fittings of BOQ Item Sl. No. 3.00 and 12.00 from the manufacturer /NABL accredited Government (Central or any State) Laboratory failing which the Bid may be rejected. (c) The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized. Sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. (d) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work / submission of bill. (e) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.
