Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. (for pipes and pits upto all depths) in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting and chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after laying, jointing and testing of Gl pipes in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring strutting and timbering and dressing where ever required including restoration of un-metalled /metalled/paved surface to its original condition including cost of diversion for traffic night signals fixing caution board, crossing over trenches for access to houses and fencing etc. complete in all respect.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the costof certaining and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand): 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm in all leads and lifts.

Providing, Manufacturing, laying and jointing of MS Pipe Bell Mauth / Reducer of required size having wall thickness 4.00 to 5.60 mm, with flange table 5 of BIS 6392-1971 (latest with up to date amendments) welded at both ends of pipe according as per IS 816-1965 with electrodes as per 814-1991 and detailed specifications & provided with nuts & bolts of required sizes, 3mm thick compressed asbestos fibre gasket of synthetic rubber gasket conforming to relevant BIS codes including cost Expended metal (Jali) 25x25 MM Mesh flushing cleaning & hydraulic testing as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. 350 mm x 200 mm

Laying, jointing and testing of MS pipe conforming to ISO:3183-2007 of following mentoned grade, diameter and wall thickness in trenches having random lengths of 5-7 mtrs including cost of fabrication of minimum 3 cut bends of required degree. The pipe shall have inside & out side Galvanisation at manufacturer work conforming to IS:2629-1985. The pipe shall be jointed with circumferencial butt welded joints by electric arc welding in requisite number of weld runs so as to achive the minimum effective thorat thickness and strength of weld conforming to IS: 816-1969 sepecification, by using welding electrodes of 2.50 mm to 6.30 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Ador)- CITOJET/Esab make, conforming to IS:814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects.

Each butt welded joint shall be tested with dye-penetration test (with the kit consisting of 3 sprays of 250 ML each includes (a) Cleaner CL-96 (b) Penetrant PT-97 (c) Developer Div-98 of checkmate make) complete in all respects, including manual /mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-charge. (The earth work in treches to be measured and paid for separately) MS Pipe 200 mm dia ISO:3183 (Grade L-290) 4.00 mm

Laying, jointing and testing (by way of circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding) and testing of GMS pipe (class mentoned below) of following dia meters confirming to BIS: 1239 (Part-1), grade specified below (latest with upto date amendments) having wall 5.40 mm as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers /tapers, all short pieces, beds etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe will include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. 125 mm diameter (MC) (P/E)

Manufacturing and Fixing of Tee of MS Pipe (ISO:3183) of having wall thickness 5.60 and 4.00 mm of 500 x 500 x 200 mm diametre i/c cutting of pipe and following size including cutting, welding of MS Flange table 5 and insertion sheet complete in all respect including all keads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Manufacturing and Fixing of Tee of MS/GI Pipe (ISO:3183) of having wall thickness 5.60 and 4.80 mm of 500 x 500 x 125 mm diametre i/c cutting of pipe and following size including cutting, welding of MS Flange table 5 and insertion sheet complete in all respect including all keads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing Cast Iron Sluice Valve of LEADER / KIRLOSKAR / KILBURN make BIS No. 14846 class PN 1.00 with flange Table 5 including welding of flanges, Nuts & Bolts and Gasket etc. The sluice valve conforming to IS 780. The dia of valve as mentioned below complete in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
