Single under reamed pile foundation with RCC M20 using 12mm size black hard granite (Crusher broken) stone chips including cost of boring but excluding cost of M.S./Tor steel and labour charges for cutting, bending and binding of steel. (Two legged) 250mm dia and 4.5m long

Earth work in Excavation of any approved type of soil from approved borrow area by Mechanical means and uncloading at approved place of embankment including rough dressing & breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm in depth well watered up to OMC condition up to 95 % dry dencity including hire and running charges of machinaries with all lead lift delift etc. complete.

Earth Work in exavation of foundation in hard soil within initial leads of 50m & lifts of 1.5m including dressing and levelling of bed etc. and adding contractor's profit and over head charges, etc. complete in all respect

Filling in foundation, trenches and plinth with river sand, well watered and compacted in layers with top surface dressed and leveled to proper gradient including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge Admin Building Extension

Cement Concrete (1:4:8) using 4cm size hard granite C.B. metal approved quality from approved quarry including cost, carriage, royalty, cost of all labour. etc complete.

Brick work with Fly ash Bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:4) in Foundation and Plinth including watering curing, cost of carriage and royalty of all materials, cost of all labour, etc complete.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for providing Mild Steel tubular posts and Trusses and base plates made out of ERW tubes, Grade YST 210 conforming to ISS no.1161/79 (3rd Revision) duly painted with red oxide primer etc. complete.

R.C.C. work of M20 grade with 20 mm down grade chips (C.B.) including Hoisting & laying all cost, conveyance,royalty & taxes etc.compete of all materials to work site as per specification approved by the department & direction of Engg-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.,including, cutting bending, binding ,& placing, the steal rods as per drawing technical speci fications with cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauges etc complete.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismantlling them after casting including cost of materials complete in G.F
