S&F Perforated particle boards or tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60cm x 60cm in size 12mm thick complete all as specified.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605x605mm, complete all as specified

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified

Supply and fix sheet glass ordinary 4 mm thick, in squares n.exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane including necessary new oil putty or with existing metal beadings complete inclu hacking out old broken glass panes from steel/metal frame including putty/ metal beadings all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity with ISI mark including inlet, ball valve, float, handle and brackets etc. including taking down old defective low level flushing cistern all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix plastic seat and cover superior quality closed pattern with flat bottom of heavy duty including necessary hinged devices, including taking down damaged/ broken plastic seat and cover from EWC all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash basin white flat back, size 580x450mm excluding taps waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper including brackets all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedastal pattern) white (excluding fixing bolts flushing cistern and flush pipe).

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing smooth and even and smooth without using extra cement making good match the old surface finish including taking down old plaster

M&L two coat of OBD over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of wall including cornices and preparation of surfaces.

M & L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/retanglar) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm In floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No 33 but in vertical surfaces such as skirting etc.

M&L Rendering in CM 1:4 ,10 mm thick as in backing coat for fixing tiles in vertical surfaces

M&L Anti-termite treatment of soil under existing floor using emulsion @ one litre per hole 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floor.
