Urgent Repair to WTI (Winding Temperature Indicator) & OTI (Oil Temperature Indicator) and AVR relay of 5 MVA Power Transformer and High Potential Test of 22 KV, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 300 Sqmm 3 core connected to the power transformer at MRS Shiv Mandir under GE (MH & RH) Khadki 1. Dismantling faulty WTI of 5 MVA Transformer by taking proper shut down and discharging the transformer and cleaning the sensor slots properly and Fixing the new Winding temperature indicator (WTI) at the existing location with proper fixing arrangements of power transformer of capacity 5 MVA, 22KV/11 KV at MRS of MH Khadki including wiring connection of the circuit. Make :- Precimeasure - 01 Job 2. Dismantling faulty OTI of 5 MVA Transformer by taking proper shut down and discharging the transformer and cleaning the sensor slots properly and Fixing the new OTI (Oil temperature indicator) at the existing location with proper fixing arrangements of power transformer of capacity 5 MVA, 22KV/11 KV at MRS of MH Khadki including wiring connection of the circuit. Make :- Precimeasure - 01 Job 3. M & L for High Pressure testing of HT cable of size 300 sqmm 3 core after disconnecting the end termination of HT cable from the Power Transformer of capacity 5 MVA, 22/11 KV and connecting it back to its origional place with proper tightning of nut and bolts and covering the exposed surface of terminals with HT tape complete all as specified and as directed.- 01 Job 4. Dismantling old Silica gel breather from 5 MVA power transformer and fixing new clear view type silica gel breather with blue colour silica gel, the body of the breather should be UV proof polycarbonate plastic with top and bottom made up from CRCA sheet and rubber gaskets and studs complete all as specified and as directed.- 01 Job 5. Taking out faulty Ashida numerical self powered protection relay (Over Current/Earth fault relay) from the HT VCB of 800 Amps capacity and fix new relay with model no- ADR241S (ASHIDA) including making the relay setting as per the setting given by MSEB and taking the trial for the complete breaker panel. - 01 Job 6. Dismantling unsv automatic voltage regulator relay from the RTCC panel and servecing the complete panel by checking the control wiring and OLTC (On load tap changer) unit display unit and cleaning the complete panel and fixing the new AVRR (Automatic voltage regulator relay) with following techinical description :- (i) Auxilary Supply - 95 - 265 volts AC/DC. (ii) PT supply : 110 Volts AC, 50 Hz, 1.5 VA (redable on display) . (iii) Low voltage relay (raise relay) : adjustable between 90 to 120 volts. (iv) High voltage relay (lower relay) : adjustable between 95 to 140 volts . (v) PT calibration : PT value -10 volts to +10 volts. (vi) Under voltage blocking : internal blocking at 80 volts and restoration at 85 volts. (vii) Control operation : Single phase operation with approximately 2 seconds on time. (viii) Operating terperature : zero degrees to 45 degrees celsius. 7. Trial/Testing of system upto satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Note :- 1. The Jobis of urgent nature 2. Gaurantee for six month. 3. Old retrieved materials will be contractor's property, hence sch of credit Rs 2200/- already deducted in the rate analysis. 4. GST % amount to be shown separately.
