Providing & Fixing Ist quality Ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to I.S. 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manu-facturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-In-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades complete. (b) Size of ceramic Glazed tiles 300 x 450 mm of reputed manufacturer like:- RAK, NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, JOHNSONS, ORIENTBELL shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge. (HSR 14.92(b)). Providing & fixing ceramic tiles/anti skid tiles of size 400mm x 400mm or above size of approved make in flooring, laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sandmortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles. Note:- Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like:- RAK, NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, JOHNSONS, ORIENTBELL shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge. (HSR 14.91). Note:- The Agency to whom the work is alloted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

Providing & Fixing Vitrified Tiles 600 x 600 mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand morter 1:3 and joint will be 3 mm wide instead of zero joint by using spacers to ensure uniformity of joint duly filled with epoxy grout minimum depth of 3 mm of reputed make such as pidilite, Ferrous crete or equivalent as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like: RAK, NITCO, KAJARIA. (Double charged tiles shall be used as approved by Engineer in charge. HSr.14.89). Note:- The Agency to whom the work is alloted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

Providing & fixing vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make in skirting/dados laid including cutting as per drawing in any pattern as specified over base of 12mm thick cement coarse sand mortor 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. Note:- Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like: RAK, NITCO, KAJARIA. (Double charged tiles shall be used as approved by Engineer in charge. (HSR.14.90). Note:- The Agency to whom the work is alloted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

Wrought iron and mild steel (using angles, flats square bars, tees and channels) ladders, grills, gratting frames, window guards, iron doors openable or fixed stair case or parapet or any other type of railing, gates and tree guards etc., including cost of screws and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position. (HSR 18.12).

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty over plastered surface and grindling the surface smooth with sand paper to get an even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete. (Note:- reputed make Putty such as J.K./ Birla shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.81)

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two coats over one priming coat on new work. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.58)

Preparation of ply wood surface for painting inlcuding sand papering the surface and applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to required finish complete. Painting on wooden surfaces etc. (HSR 16.1)

Applying pink primer or aluminium priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, knotting and stopping etc. (Note:- First quality paint/primer of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.2).

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.3).

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface. Painting on mettalic Surfaces etc. (Note:- First quality paint/primer of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.9).

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with ready mixed paint for matelic sufraces in all shades on new steel or iron work. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.17).

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). [HSR 16.79 (b)].

Providing and laying Baroda Green marble stone 17mm and above thick flooring included matching the grains of marble slab in any pattern as specified laid over 12 mm thick cement sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of marble including rubbing and polishing. the rates are for all height /storey. The sample shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge(HSR.14.99)

Terracing consisting of tiles 22.86 cm X 11.43 Cm X 3.81 cm laid over 87.50 mm mud filling on a layer of 25 mm mud plaster and on other layer of mud mortar for laying the tiles, including two coats of bitumen laid hot at 1.65 kg per sqm on top of R.C.C slab including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:3 and top surface to be left clean etc., (HSR 13.13).

Cost of aluminium fittings complete for doors and windows, such as tower bolts, handles,etc., and screws for these fittings (excluding sliding bolt)(HSR.17.72 b) for double leaf shutter
