Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Removing building material to the distance 1Km beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination

Removing mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish built in cement or cement lime mortar

M & L for 150 mm thk plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 mix , using 20 mm graded aggregates, in sub-floors, floors, paving including shuttering etc. & finishing the concrete pavement even and smooth without using extra cement all complete.

Cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregates) in surface channels and drains

M & L for TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Fair finished formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, base of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work (flat); vertical or to batter.

Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in type- B 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beam base for columns, basement slab, under-reamed pile & mass concrete

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall of any description finished even and smooth without using extra cement

S & F of Acid Resisting tiles for floor, vertical surfaces using AR tiles of size 230x115x38mm fixed in silicate cement prodor S powder & cement prodor K Solution & poinitng with furane including primer coat Make: Prodorite anticorrosives or equivalent

M & L for Acid Resisting brickwork set, jointed and fixed in silicate cement prodor S powder & cement prodor K - Solution & poinitng with furane including primer coat. Make: Prodorite anticorrosives or equivalent.

M & L for AR mastic (COROMASTIC) 20mm thk on surfaces including bitumen based (PRODORLAC SPL) Make: Prodorite anticorrosives or equivalent.

Fixing of Acid Resisting tiles for floor, vertical surfaces using AR tiles fixed in silicate cement prodor S powder & cement prodor K Solution & poinitng with furane including primer coat. Make: Prodorite anticorrosives or equivalent.(Except Tiles)

Preparation of old corroded steel surface of any size, shape, type, description, over 10cm in width or girth by scrapping, etc. & applying primer coat - one coat of red oxide and 02 coats of Acid resisting paint
