Overhauling of M/S CGL/ABB/Siemens make 245/145 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker type spring-spring. The job includes opening of closing coil/tripping coil assembly, anti-pumping assembly, holding latch assembly, three phase lever, opening of charging motor, cleaning and lubrication of all open parts, cleaning and lubrication of ratchet assembly and driving pawls. Replacement of all ‘0’ rings of 06 mm and 12 mm gas pipe assembly as installed make. Replacement of minor parts if required tightening of all electrical connections of terminal blocks, auxiliary contactors, limit switch etc. including all other work to complete the job satisfactorily operation of breaker from local and remote of the 245/145 KV SF-6 circuit breaker. Work also includes checking & rectification of leakage of Poles of C.B. if any and checking of control cable connection in control panel to marshaling box of breaker in switch yard and laying of control cable if required for connection, rectification etc. (Approx. 500m, 02,04,06 x 2.5 mm2)
