Earth work in excavation in any type of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth but not exceeding 1.5 m depth including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Ditto- all as per item No 1.001 above but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.00 m complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Earth work in excavation in hard rock (blasting prohibited) by mechinaical means (Hydraulic excavation over area (exceeding 30 cm in depth but not exceeding 1.5 m depth,1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) and including getting out and disposal of excavated earth / rock upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including stacking for measurement all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) It shall be ensured that the waste bentonite slurry/ drilled or bored material is pumped off from the premises to locations shown by GE by contractor at his own cost. The distance mentioned in description of item shall be the shortest distance from the centre of the work location. (iii) All channels/tanks made for bentonite circulations shall be filled with approved moorum obtained by contractor at his cost after clearing of all bentonite cakes. (iv) Contractor may use any approved method duly approved by GE for boring without any extra cost to the department. (vi) The size of cutting tool shall not be less than diameter of pile by more than 75 mm. (vii) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of the rates for the shifting and setting up of piling rig as many times as required.

Material and Labour for providing and installing 6 mm thick MS liner for bored cast in situ concrete piles with necessary 10 mm thick stiffeners, driving shoe with continuous welding including cutting, welding, etc conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 Quality B) including applying one coat of primer with two coats of epoxy as anticorrosive treatment on external surfaces of liner as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Rates shall be inclusive of cutting the liner at cut off level. The rate is deemed to include for cutting, removal and salvage value of the material so obtained. (ii) MS liner will be measured and paid upto the cut off level of pile only. Additional MS liner if used for conveyance of construction shall be included in the rate quoted. No extra payment shall be made on this account. (iii) MS Liner shall be driven upto refusal level/as directed by GE. The occurence of refusal level will be decided by GE at site based on visual inspection of bailer samples from pile bore, past experience and laboratory test results. The decisions of GE in this regard shall be final and binding.
Material and labour for cutting and Chipping of laitance concrete in piles above cut off level upto a max of 1 m from cut off level and disposal to a distance exceeding 50 m but not exceeding 250 m and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for 100 mm thick Sand Cushioning under floors for fixing of paver blocks including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and Labour for rendering to brick or concrete surfaces, 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), duly surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Surface Dressing not exceeding 15 centimetre deep in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soill, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Earth work excavation in ordinary rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth but not exceeding 1.5 m depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated ordinary rock lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Ditto- All as per item No 1.079 above but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.0 m.
Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in saucer drain, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick, duly embossing the make, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar(1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for providing of 4mm thick ACP sheet in roof , cladding complete all as shown on drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Supply and fix MS plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases, splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections conforming to Fe-410-W, Gde E-250, Quality B as in structural work of size and shape complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fix digital information signage board, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fix MS bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trussess or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and Labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
