Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, pillers arches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work, with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work (except bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6 (old size brick) complete all as specified and directed. Note: old bricks obtained from demolition shall be re used. The rate quoted against this item is inclusive of necessary cleaning and stacking of bricks before incorporation in the work.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of any thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorative surface of wall etc by washing rubbing down including scrapping and applying one coat of cement base paint of any tint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorative surface of ceilings etc by washing rubbing down etc and applying one coat of oil emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing debries out side defence area complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality coloured glazed ceramic tiles (300x 450x 7 to 8mm thick) as in vertical surfaces such as pillar, dado, skirting etc vertical surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 finished rough surface to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. including Brushing old cement concrete floor with brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with & including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with 85/25 grade bitumen and sand (1:3 ratio) mixture etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fine sand over PCC for cushioning of paver blocks, complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for factory made PVC moulded, dark grey coloured coloured with grey cement and no pigment, interlocking designer paver blocks (double glassy), of approved shape, confirming to IS-15658-2006, 60mm thickness, M-35 grade, as in path, hard standing, etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - Size and shape of interlocking tile shall be approved by GE before incorporation of work

Material and labour for factory made PVC moulded, coloured (red/yellow colour pigment or pigment as approved by GE), interlocking designer paver blocks (double glassy), of approved shape, confirming to IS-15658-2006, 60mm thickness, M-35 grade, as in path, hard standing, etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Size and shape of interlocking tile shall be approved by GE before incorporation of work

Material and labour for factory made PVC moulded, dark grey coloured coloured with grey cement and no pigment, interlocking designer paver blocks (double glassy), of approved shape, confirming to IS-15658-2006, 80mm thickness, M-40 grade, as in path, hard standing, etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - Size and shape of interlocking tile shall be approved by GE before incorporation of work

Material and labour for providing and laying of precast cement concrete solid concrete block, type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggreagate) confirming to IS 2185 (Part-I) 2005 of 45/30 cm high, 10 cm thick and of suitable width including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc as in kerb continuous edging jointed in cement mortar 1:4 and struck flush pointing as the work proceeds and finishing with neat cement flush joint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in concrete on edge for sealing interlocking tiles and roof kerbs or mud stops and the like, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering & removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips confirming Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) complete all specified and directed

Supply and fixed of mild steel, rolled sections(channel, angle or tee sections) fixed independently cut to ordinary length as in post or struts in fencing,ladder etc. including cutting tops to shape as required , drilling holes, notching for wire etc. including flat iron fillets with nuts and bolts for securing chain link fencing including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe-410(Gde 250), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of neck 10mm with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other head or screwed both end, each screw end to fitted with 3mm thick MS washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, length of bolt not exceeding 10 cm long complete all directed

Supply only galvanised chain link fencing 4 mm dia & (100x100mm or 50x50mm) mesh including line wires complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of deterioted barbed wire fencing any type complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with & provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

Material and labour for black colour granite 18-20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms,gate pillars and like including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, including rounding, molding and polishing on edges including fastner if required including dismantling of existing stone slabs including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floor including dismantling existing pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm bore complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for heavy duty tiles (coloured), good grip series, size 400mm x 400mm x 10 to 12 mm thick, pattern as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre, laid over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortor (1:4) bed, including dismantling of floor or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing the rubbish outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing & fixing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies or louvers, 40mm thick (measured solid) 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5 mm thick graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings including dismantling existing jallies etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable wooden stairs/ ladder including hand rails, baluster, newal etc upto 4.0m length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel stairs (framed) Fe 410-W (Gde?E- 250) quality?A?including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. in?cluding cleats, brackets, etc. complet all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel framed work as in ornamental gates or other section with gusset lates,rails, braces, grills, pintal etc. complete drilled for fixing steel sheeting or other covering to be prepare for hanging including either hooks or hinges etc. conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified and directed and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work as in doors, gates purlin and posts etc including cleats & plate but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel framed work as in doors/ gates or other section with gusset lates,rails, braces, grills, pintal etc. complete drilled for fixing steel sheeting or other covering to be prepare for hanging including either hooks or hinges etc. conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcemnt complete all as specified and directed.
