Demolition of stone masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Stone masonry walling or squared walling in CM 1:6, brought up to courses using dressed same size Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of Porbandar stone masonry well bonded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 but except stone complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from stone walls etc incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surface in CM 1:6 incl finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of Anti fungal acrylic exterior emulsion ( 100% acrylic) over a coat of compatible primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of compatible primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast cement concrete articals all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 35mm thick precast cement concrete louvers and jallies type C-0 (1:3:6) using 12.50mm graded aggregate (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Ready made ornamental precast reinforced precast designer pillars (Size 100x100x900mm) made of cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) (using 12.50mm graded aggregate having groove on two sides, for inserting louvers and Jallies, set in cement mortar 1:4 on compound wallall as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The design of pillar , shall be got approved before bulk procurement. The tenders are advised to visit office of Engineer-in-charge for sample.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of posts or struts(Precast RCC) of any description embedded in natural ground/PCC including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of concrete surfaces in ground floors and pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Portion of pole embedded in PCC shall be deducted for payment purpose all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fix PVC coated chain link fencing make 'NETLON' of standard quality 2mm dia galvanised wire with 1mm thick PVC coating 100x100mm size square/spacing fixed all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only MS 10mm dia round bars as line wire for chain link fencing complete all as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- fixing is covered under item No 23 here-in-before).

Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed

M&L CRS reinforcement bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securig with clips etc complete.

S&F mild steel rolled section Fe-410-W(Gde E-250), quality 'A' as in post, main and cross beams, rafters, purlins connected to common rafters fixed with angle iron clips or other connecting plates.

S&F, MS work confirming to Fe-290 of Gde E-165 as in MS flat iron fillets etc for securing chain link fencing including angle iron horn & necessary cutting drilling etc complete to any type of posts screwed in position with nuts, bolts & washers, etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only MS screw bolts (Machine made) length of bolt exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, dia of shank 5 to 10mm (Note:- fixing including under item No 26 above).

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(each line wire to be measured)

M&L for restaining, resecuring of steel barbed wire fencing including makin good staples etc. complete all as specified & directed by Enineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair bands, straps, hooks, heavy for large gates, hooks & pintle hinges, large hasp & staples, hand made sliding bolts, hold fasts and similar articles confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed by Enineer-in-charge.

M&L for running welding in repairs of metal of thickness n exc 6mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for welding in repairs n exc 2.5 cm in length of metal of thickness n exc 6mm complete al as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for of any description.

S&F in repairs Mild steel, Plain , black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required thickness of sheet in 1mm as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for framed work such as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates rails, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing complete Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs 5mm thick mild steel plates Fe-410 (Gde E-250) quality-A plain or chequered as in gates, shutters, similar steel structural works complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs Steel rolling shutters 1.00mm thick in laths, without ball bearing, as specified incl top cover. Anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete but gear operated type with chain wheel and hand chain.

S& F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified

M&L for broken glass coping on top of wall in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bitumen dip concertina coil punched tape 2.60mm dia high tensile steel spring steel wire dia of coil 610mm, when stretched the length shall be 6m in one coil and tied to barbed wire with and incl provision of steel slips @ 5 clips spiral in one row complete without coating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing demolished material incl spalls of plaster out of MoD land to a distance exc.1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed as in concrete/stone etc complete all as specified and directed.
