SCHEDULE A PART I Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ceilling boards (fibre,pulp,insulation, etc.) any thickness including cover fillets complete all as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (Measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as directed.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plane steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F interlocking aluminium power coated snap grid consists of main Tee runners of size 38mm x 25mm x 1.00 mm spaced 1200mm centre to centre and cross Tee of size 25mm x 25mm x1.00mm, 1200 long spaced between the main Tee at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200mm x 600mm and provide a secondary cross Tee 25mm x 25mm x 1.4mm (of length 600mm) to be interlocked of the centre of 1200mm x 600mm panel to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm and wall angle 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm . Aluminium alloy extruded section shall be aluminium anodized ( minimum 15 micron) and shall conform to IS 733, IS 1285 and IS 737, and providing and fixing with Hangers of 4mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long size of grid 600 x 600mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Asbestos fibre cement building boards 4 mm thick fixed or laid in aluminium frame work with screws as in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair PVC Eaves board size 250 mm x 18 mm thick, over lapping with solvent cement and fixing by stainless steel screw complete all as directed.

S&F galvanised HI-Rib eaves gutter, 610 mm width box shape with round edges thickness of sheet 0.50 mm ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs roof trusses(framed), trussed,purlins,crane gantries,rails and fastenings and heavy bracket (FE-290(Gde-E-165)framing including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes of heavy duty single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, and fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bend any radious 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE A PART II Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as required and keeping serviceable light fittings in safe custody for reuse in the work complete as directed.

M&L for point wiring with two single core 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade multi stranded copper conductor with one single core 1.50 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor drawn through in and including PVC casing-caping (ISI Marked) of required size along with all fitting/ fixtures such as Tee, Bend, Elbow socket, Saddles etc. and making good the disturbed surface and connecting to common earth dolly complete with 1.6mm thick sunk in pressed steel terminal box of suitable size / shape for accommodating switches sockets, regulators with brass screws,washers with hylam sheet of 3 mm thick in white / smoke gray/ off white colour for one light/fan point controlled by one one way 5 Amp switch complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 14 above but using PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm and 2.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor for one 5 pin 5/15 Amps switch socket out let independent

S&F in repair air termination 300 mm long , 12 mm dia aluminium rod single pointed fixed on 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe 1.00 m long including provision of PCC base and fixing by means of nut and bolts complete all as directed.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronge of size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw complete all as directed.
