Top up refrigerant Gas(R-22 ,GARE-00000R22-00) with Refrigerant Gas Recovery system
Removing the existing oil in the compressor, Flushing the system, and refilling the unit with fresh Mineral Refrigerant oil C-5s LUBBSM5
scrubbing the existing paintings of condenser body, cooling towers, condenser pipe line and motors etc. corroded area and re paint it with one coat of anti corrosive paint and finishing with one coat metallic paint

Check cooling tower and chilled water sample and drain out it if necessary

Check healthiness of operation of the safety devices
checking all electrical contacts and rectifying loose connection and accumulated carbon
