Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Stone filling behind reating walls,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wooden in frames of door ,window clerestory, and other framed and fixed in position, Sal wood, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing panalled glazed or panalled and glazed shutters for doors, windowsand clerestory windows.(including black enameled iron butt hinges with necessary screws,40 mm.(forty milimetres) thick in Second class deodar wood,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wire gause shutters using galvenised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gause designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm(zero point five six milimetres) for door windows and clerestorey window including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws. 2nd class deodar wood,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matte. Sand papering and knotting. Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coat(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface, with ready mixed paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand preparing and stopping. Ready mixed paint other then white.including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. tower bolts (berrel type) anodized trans parent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete. 200X10 mm. (two hundred into ten milimetres) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm (fifteen milimetres)cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick /stone /conrete walls for interior plastring upto floor two level including arrisis,internal rounded angles ,chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand),including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm.(fifteen milimetres) cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick /stone /conrete walls for interior plastring upto floor two level including arrisis,internal rounded angles ,chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm (eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(one cement : six sand),including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge..

Distempering (two coat) with oil bond apex washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with wether proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design or its equarlied on undecorated wall suface to given an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt ,dust and other foreign matter etc.including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed work , including cutting ,hosting ,fixing in position and applying prime coat of read lead paint (1)In beams joists channels ,angles,tee, flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams ,hip abd jack rafters,purlins connected to commom rafters and the etc. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm.(zero point six zero milimetres) thick prepainted steel sheet in roffing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20(twenty) microns over 5(five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5(five) micron over 5(five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron j or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm.(six milimetres) dia meter with complete with all accesories asrequired as per the direction of Engineer in- charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm(Sixty centimetres) overall with 0.60mm.(zero point six zero milimetres) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20(Twenty) microns over 5(five) microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5(five) microns over 5(Five) microns primer coating i/c fixing withprepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm(six milimetres) dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges.

P/F partical board ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nail (frame work and cover fillets to be paid for separately. 8 mm(eight milimetre) thick ( Item code 1217500000),including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in excavation for structure as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing , removal of atumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m(fifty metre), dressing of sides and bottom and back filing in trenches with excavated suitable material. Ordinary soil upto 3.00 mtr.(three metres).Including haulage of materials in all leads, lifts and carriage of matterials, as per direction by the Engineer-in charge.
