Lifting of submersible pump motor set with chain pulley mounted on tripod or other mechanical means including necessary tools all complete upto depth of 100 m.

Lowering of submersible pump motor set with chain pulley mounted on tripod or other mechanical means including necessary tools all complete upto depth of 100 m.

Rewinding of 7.5 HP submersible motor including opening, overhauling and refilling etc. (excluding cost of Lifting and lowering) all complete.

Rewinding of 3 HP submersible motor including opening, overhauling and refilling etc. (excluding cost of Lifting and lowering) all complete.

Supply of 150 mm dia submersible pump sets conforming to IS 8034 and motor conforming to IS 9283. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel pump shaft and bronze impeller. Motor suitable for working on 415V+10%, 3 PH, 50 Hz AC supply with cable guard, thrust carbon/ fober bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust, water proof winding shall be provided. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling. Pump shall have suitable outlet as per manufacturers design. Anti thrust stream lined non return valve shall be provided with pump. 3 meter submersible copper conductor cable in single/ double run shall be provided with each pump. Submersible pump 150mm dia (with bronze impeller) up to 8 stages 3.0 HP.

This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge : External work 40 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes.

Supply of nylon rope 20 mm dia.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. : External work 50 mm dia. nominal bore
