Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 to 20 mm in patches of area 25 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (As per code по 14:45)including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete,including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & fixing laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300mmx300mm or more (thickness to be spacified by the manufacture) of 1st quality conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all clours, shades, except White Lvory, Grey fuume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 14 (One cement four coarse sand) & jointed with grey cement slurry 3.3 Kilo grame per Square meters, including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc complete.including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Painting wood work with Deluxe Mulit Surface Paint of required shade Two or more coat applied @ 0.90tr/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 itr/10 sqm approved brand and manucture.including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing corrugated GS sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks. bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with GI limpet washers filled with while lead including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in honzontal/vertical of curved surfaces) excluding the coast of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Providing and fixing rectangular high density polyethylene water storage loft tank with cover conforming to ISI 12701 colour of opaque white or as approved by Engineer-in-charge The rate includes making necessary holes for inlet outlet & over flow pipes The base support iic fittings & fixtures for tank shall be paid separately,including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing wash basin with CI Brackets 15 mm CP Brass pillar tapes 32 mm CP Brass waste of standard parte including painting of fittings and brackets cutting and making good the wall wherever requir.including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
