Taking down old UNSV post top lantern fittings, M & L for new generation LED post top lantern, 20/22 Watts, 230 Volts, AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect lighting IP-65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete with all electrical accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old UNSV post top lantern fittings, M & L for new generation LED post top lantern, 40 Watts, 230 Volts, AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect lighting IP-65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete with all electrical accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old Unserviceable street light timer switches, M & L including testing and commissioning of NATURE Switch for outdoor lighting automation using space grade sensors and an advances micro controller suitable for outdoor use having features Automatic Switching ON at Sunset, Automatic Switching OFF at dawn, No clock setting and time settings wide operating voltage range, High voltage trip and auto reset having specification 415 Volts, 50 Hz complete with all connected accessories of rating 12 KW 3 phase, current range 40 Amps complete with incoming and outgoing MCBs and having auto manual switching system during any breakdown to the nature switch complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX 600mmX 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to and includingGI Strip of size 32x6mm and light grade protection pipe of 40 mm dia from earth electrode up to test point or up to 7.5mtr whichever is less by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I and GI watering pipe of 20 mm dia medium grade, GI funnel with wire mesh including charcoal, salt packed all around the earth electrode plate in layers, PCC earth pit chamber (1:3:6) type C1, of size 45X 45X 45 CM, RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 of size 45X45X6 CM, excavation/earth work in any strata and returning filling, removal of surplus soil and testing/test point for required value including removing old item complete all as specified and directed. (GI strip upto 7.5m including testing consider in this item).

Material and labour for providing cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling for poles complete including dismantling old PCC of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing pole coping completely, Material and labour for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work and finished the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing rusted/worn out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of steel tubuler pole of 9 mtr long swaged pole by removing all dirt, dust, corrosion etc and apply two coat of synthetic emulsion paint upto 1.2 mtr hight in black and yellow strips (as directed at site during painting) colour and there on synthetic enamel paint silver colour on steel surface such as complete pole, cross arms, brackets, MS flats, nuts, bolts and all accessories fixed on pole including writing of identification Nos, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old broken/UNSV PCC/Steel pole from any position of 8/9 mtr long, M & L for supply, erection and commissioning of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screwes as specified type LT type 410 SP-31, (9m long) including placing at new location complete with excavation, earth work, PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and coping of poles with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and including taking down old unserviceable PCC pole complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Excavation, earth work and concrete work complete not included in unit item of the rate quoted by the Contractor nd the same will be paid seperately).

Cutting & trimming of tree branches any girth and size touching to overhead lines and cleaning the distance 3.0 mtr both sides of overhead line with in a gap of span upto 50 mtrs each depositing the same for cleaning the site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old UNSV UG cable any size and Supply and lay LT UG Cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old UNSV UG cable any size and Supply and lay LT UG Cable PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 25x3.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide in not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shaft well, cesspits, manholes, fire hole etc n.exc 10sqmm on plan and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of LT under ground cable including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying common burnt bricks, clay building, sub class 'B' desingation 75 in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for HDPE pipe 63 mm dia suitable for 5/6 kgf/cm square working pressurewith all fitting , laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing or for cable protection above pole coping to pole box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection of GI tube medium grade truly vertical for fixing of post top/path way light of dia 40 mm including two coat of synthetic enamel paint white colour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plastic emulsion painting with two coat on concrete/ plaster sufraces (Pole coping) of any description of as directed over 10 Cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated copper conductor FR round flexible cable in street light connection from pole junction box at bottom to street light fixed on 9 mtr long swaged pole by making two holes with welding machine for inserting cable of size 1.0 sqmm 3 core multistranded including making all necessary connection after and including taking down existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning LT Outdoor floor mounted Bus Bar box, powder coated, factory made and tested , platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system of size 1000X1000X500 MM (HXWXD) having bus bar chamber with insulated electrolytic Aluminium bus bars installed on DMC insulators . The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-54) in accordance with IS-2147. b) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel angle iron frame work (made out of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick and 900 mm long), front & rear opening type with aprons for cable entry, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint grey shade having instrumen chamber with RYB indicator LED lamps. The scope of work also comprising of the following:- (A) Aluminium Bus bar chamber rating : 2x100 Amps (Double bus bar), TPN, 415V (B) Incoming MCCB rating : 200 Amps, 4P, 25 KA - 01 (C) Outgoing MCCBs rating : 160 Amps, 4P, 25 KA - 02 NOTE : (i) Panel wiring for control circuit with copper flexible 1.5 Sq mm & power wiring minimum 4 Sqmm flexible or as per load rating of the feeder pillar box and provision of 300x300x2mm thick danger notice board on front side of the panel doors. (ii) Complete installation with civil work and making necessary incoming and outging connection with proper cable lugs and cable glands is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor. (iii) The final height of the LT panel from the normal ground level shall be 450 mm and necessary civil work included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing Polycarbonate fabricated kiosks box suitable for three phase 415 volts AC supply with 04 Nos Aluminium bus bar rating 63 amps with one No MCB 10 Amps, SP having size 350x250x150 mm (inner Dimension) complete including making fixing arrangement with 9 mtr long swaged pole wiht flat iron clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated copper conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and over all PVC insulated in street light connection from pole junction box at bottom to street light fixed on 9 mtr long swaged pole by making two holes with welding machine for inserting cable of size 1 Sqmm 2 core multistranded including making all necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricated and and fixing of street light bracket made out of GI pipe 1.2 Mtr long, 40/50 mm dia (as per site requirement)medium grade bent to shape as directed including clamps made out of 40 mm x 6 mm flat for fixing bracket suitable for steel tubular poles including nuts and bolts, washers and other connected items of required size including painting with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide/primer complete all as specified and directed.

Boring holes horizontally under Road without damaging the surface of road (minimum 1.0 Mtr bellow the road surface) with the help of GI tubing of any dia not exc 100 mm dia for passing of UG cable all as specified and as directed.(GI Pipe laid shall be measured seperately)

Supply, fabricated and fixing of decorative single arm street light bracket 1500 mm long suitable for top mounnting on 8.5/9 mtr long swaged pole, (410SP-22 /SSP-31 type pole) made out of Aluminium GI galvanised, outdoor use including nuts and bolts, washers and other connected items of required size including painting with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide/primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricated and fixing of decorative Double arm street light bracket 1500 mm long suitable for top mounnting on 8.5/9 mtr long swaged pole, (410SP-22 /SSP-31 type pole) made out of Aluminium GI galvanised, outdoor use including nuts and bolts, washers and other connected items of required size including painting with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide/primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement 3-5 inch double drum with gear box winch complete with motor double gear type, suitable for 30 mtr high mast pole, 3 phase supple, 415 Volt complete with rope and all accessories like wire lock GI thimbles rigging and GI U clamps complete including taking down carefully old unserviceable winch set all as specified and directed. (Note- Necessary T&P required for completion of the job is deemed to be included in quoted rate).

M & L for steel wire rope on High mast light of dia 8 mm SS/galvanised IWRC as per IS-2262/02 alongwith suitable size clamps & 'U' bolts for holding the high mast bracket at a height of 30 mtr from normal ground level complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Necessary T&P required for completion of the job is deemed to be included in quoted rate).

M & L for complete servicing of high mast light of any height and description for general checking, mechanical parts checking and electrical system maintenance complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (a) Checking and repair of head frame of the high mast poles fitted with wire ropes and cables. (b) Checking and repair of gear box for seal leakage. (c) Checking and repair of lift cables for frayed strands (d) Testing and repairing of lowering device and fully operate to fully down position. (e) Repair and maintenance of any mechnical devices as required. (f) Checking and repairing of all electrcial devices. (g) Checking and repair of luminaires box, control gear and junction box nad tightened properly. (h) Checking and reparing of all screws and nuts properly. (Note - Major items like gear box and steel wire rope will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of schedule A items)

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed.
