Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type, platform mounted step down transformer of capacity 160 KVA, 11 KV/415 Volts (at No load), AC 3 phase, 50 Hz , core type double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural- Air Natural (ON/AN) with external cooling tubes, delta connection on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-II with Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at (-) 2.5% & (+) 5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated OFF load tap changer gear. The maximum temprature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temprature of 40 degree celsius as per IS 1180. Transformer shall comprises of the following :- (a) HT side (primary side) consisting of three Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods complete with nut & washers, HT bushing suitable for outdoor mounting transformer, 11000 Volts grade. (b) One cable box LT side (secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing complete with nut & washers with one No cable gland suitable for reception LT 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured cable of suitable size complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge complete.(d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent & thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, oil drain filter valve, lifting lugs, oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four Nos solid cast steel detachable rollers with lock pin. (f) One 100mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm earth strip for earthing of neutral & body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutra (k) First filling of transformer oil as per IS-335 (original sealed barrel to be used) filtered and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. (l) Including suitable RCC foundation as per the design recommendation of OEM. Top of the foundation from the ground level would be of min 900 mm.

Supply & erecting steel tubular swaged pole type 410-SP-55 (11 Metre long) including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, cap, mild steel bolts, nuts, screws including applying two coats of black bituminous paint internally and externally from bottom end of pole upto PCC coping and applying with two coats of Aluminium Painting (Externally from Top of Coping) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earthwork, cement concrete, etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

Supply and fix Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism works from ground level, for current rating 400 amps HT 11 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch with drop out fuse assembly with fuse, GI operating rod 20mm with fittings medium grade including operating handle with proper locking arrangement including one Nos padlock with 02 Nos keys, and making all electrical connection by means of ACSR conductor of suitable size and length with dead end clamps including nuts, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed. Note- ACSR conductor shall be neasured and paid separately.

Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed

Supply & laying HT XLPE Cable, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, conforming to IS:7098 (Part II), 11 KV, cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/under road or with pole including testing, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Earthworks, sand cushioning, bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix lightning arresters expulsion type HT 11KV complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, straining and stretching or connecting of over head aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on HT/LT poles including binding and jointing the conductor with and including 14 SWG binding wire/end clamps with suitable size nuts & bolts/jumpering with jumper connections etc.complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix servo voltage stabilizer confirming to IS:9815 (Part II) for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second and of capacity 150 KVA to give jerkless out put voltage of standard rating. Voltage stabilizers shall be with solid state sensor unit (IC Based) Relay free smooth and silent operation with servo motor and copper wound transformers in CRGO laminations including first filling of transformer oil as per IS-335 (original sealed barrel to be used) filtered and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes complete all as specified and directed

Supply & laying LT XLPE Cable, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electic power cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in Pipe/ ducts/ trenches/ under floor/under road or with pole including testing, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Earthworks, sand cushioning, bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

M&L Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size complete all as specified and directed

Danger Notice Plate of 1.6 mm thick Mild Steel Sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with Letters, Figures and Conventional Skull and Bones in Signal Red colour and fixed with MS Clamps Bolt and Nuts of approved size, for HT 25x20 Cm size complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing cable route indicator RCC 1:11/2:3 of size 1m x 0.45mx0.04 m including necessary reinforcement duly engraved "HT CABLE" including necessary excavation,PCC and earth work complete all as specified and directed

Supply, fixing and connecting of digital Trivector Meter LT, CT operated fully static tamper proof 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts (L-N) 5A class 0.5 BM and AMR compatible energy meter for measurement of different electrical parameters duly sealed with LCD display and polycarbonate body and cover including optical communication port to record readings and other data with the help of CMRI and doubled layer glass epoxy PCB topped with surface mounted components power supply and voltage devide circuit of PTH technology and extended terminal block shall be of high grade non hydroscopic fire retardent low tracking fire resistant reinforced polycarbonate or equivalent high grade engineering plastic with brass terminal of suitable dia not less than 8.5mm. Also meeting the requirement of IS:13779/CBIP technical report 88 capable to withstand line to line momentary faults and have capacity to register and store cummulative readings accurately including faults such as current reversal i.e. interchange of load and supply lines and phase & neutral connections with indication of tempering and should be proof of external magnetic effect with degree of protection of IP-51 and meter should capable to withstand 415 volts of range 0-350 amps complete all as specified and directed

M&L for fabrication and fixing of sheet metal enclosure made out of 2mm thick indoor type duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fixed as extension to the existing panels/feeder pillar of any description/capacity or rating suitable to accomodate energy meter as specified above with CTs including cutting/drilling of panel if required at site and comprising of multistranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated and sheathed of suitable size complete all as specified and directed

M& L for surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed

M&L for spreading aggregate for loose filling, of gauge 80 mm to 100 mm graded complete all as specified and directed

M&L electrical Rubber mat of 2 metre x 1 metre x 19 mm thick ISI marked suitable for working voltage of 1100 volts oil,chemical and heat resistive type complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below the ground Level ) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 Metre deep below normal ground level , connected to galvanised steel iron earth lead wire 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of Galvanised Iron 20 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI Pipe light grade for protection of earth lead wire,including necessary earth work in any type of soil , PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 concrete pit, RCC precast cover duly reinforced with and including 8mm dia TMT Bar @ 150 mm c/c both ways lifting handle made of 8mm dia TMT bar embeded in precast cover slab and test point complete as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix double compression copper stainless steel gland for fixing armoured cable in panel of size 185 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing CT-PT set of capacity 15/5 amps and 11KV/110V including making all necessary electrical connections and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IS specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
