Note for Srl No 2 to 10 The percentage above / below the SSR -2010 (part-II) rates shall be derived from the amount quoted by the contractor against Srl No. 2 to 10 by comparing it with the amount inserted / pre priced by the department and the same shall be applicable for the items of respective schedule

Item No 10 :S & F for Energy saving new generation new generation enviromental friendly ling life versatile pressure die cast housing and heat shrink in aluminium extrusion IP66 flood light fitting luminaire with secondry optices, high power LEDs as light source and electronic drover of capacity 60 watts with pre wired suitable for sport light and necessary mounting arrangement with warranty option of 5 years from date of installation and necessary mounting arrangement and connected with 3 core multistrnded flexible copper cable PVC insulated of size 23/0.193 mm from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 11 :S & F for Energy efficient exhaust fan of 230mm sweep made of metal body Ventil Air-DS type complete with louver with bolts nuts and washer size of bolt 15cm long 12mm dia embedded in wall including provision of PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 two core from ceiling rose to exhasut fan for connection and making suitable size of hole to existing brick wall for fan base complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Cost of suitable opening wall for fixing exhaust fan is deemed to be included in quoted rate)

Item No 12:Earthing with Galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 x 600 mm & 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal GL) with top of earth plate not less than 1.6 metre below normal GL connected to GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia connected to earth plate eletrode by means of GI nuts, bolts & washers earth wire protected with & including 15 mm dia medium grade ISI marked GI pipe not less than 7.5 metre long all as shown in electrial plate No 5 of MES Schedule Part I, with & including; PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 pit with cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric not less than 4 Kg per Sq M, watering arangements with 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe (ISI marked), GI funnel with GI mesh, filling with mixture of common salt & charcoal, necesary excavation and earth works in any type of soil, including test point, testing & commissioning, complete. (Note;-GI earth wire with GI pipe protection pipe up to 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in quoted rate).

Item No 13: DI (spun) pipe with push on joint class K-7 confirming to IS-8329/2000 (latest version) (centrifugally cast iron spun ductile iron pressure with spigot ends for 100 mm dia bore pipe including necessary rubber joint complete all as specified & directed. (Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately).

Item No 14: Connecting pieces one end flanged and other end socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces one end flanged other end tapering as bell mouth, DI Bend tapers,Tees, pieces (Single or double branch) any type and angle/radious and straight connecting pieces for DI pipe up to 100mm bore complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Item No 15: Supply, installing & testing 100 mm dia cast iron sluce valve of PN-1.6 both end flanged with 2 Nos insertion gasket joints,nut bolts & washer of required size complete all as specified and shown in drawing.

Item No 16: Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm (internal dimensions) including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, angle iron frame MS sheet cover with locking arrangements including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Item No 17: Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 600mm x 600mm x 600mm (internal dimensions) including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, angle iron frame MS sheet cover with locking arrangements including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Item No 18: Supply, installation, connecting of high mast lighting system comprises with 16mtr high galvanised mast, in two scetion, 3mm section thickness, top dia 150mm, bottom dia 340mm circular frame ( made of galvanised iron rolled section) for fixing of 08 Nos energy saving envorimental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die cast aluminium IP 65 flood light with high power LED as light source and including necessary cable 1100 volts grade with copper conductor multstranded of size from control gear box symmetricallly fitted, having two point susupension system with steel rope 8 mm dia double drum which suitable for both electrically motorized and manually operation including control panel ( comprising contactor, isolater of suitable size), connecting copper cable ( flexible) of size 4 core x 10 sqmm of required length, aviation obstruction light, light, lightning arrester spike and necessary excavation of earth work for RCC foundation of PCC 1:3:6 as per requirement with suitable size of nut and bolt as per manufacturer specification complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Flood light shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item.

Make: Bajaj Cat part No. BJFL 180W LED or its equivalent in Wipro, phillips.

Item No 20 : Supplying, fabrication, erection LT panel out door type CPRI approved totally enclosed weather and vermin proof, double leaf shutter in front and single leaf shutter in rear side, having proper locking arrangement in both front and single leaf shutter in rear side ,suitably ventilated, 415 Volts, 50 Hzs,3 phase 4 wire system, AC supply, factory made, fully compartmentalised made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet steel for load bearing and 2.0 mm thick non load bearing portions, protection of encloser IP-54 as per IS-2147 of 1962 with pretreatment and powder coated of approved colour including suitable size angle iron/flat iron frame work/supports,required civil work, excavation and earth work, PCC in foundation etc. installation ,testing and commissioning with and including following :- (a) Copper bus bar of capacity 60 Amps TPN duly insulated with coloured PVC sleev as per standard colour code rigidly mounted on bakelite /DMC insulator bus bar support ( Square/round) insulator of suitable size and good insulation resistance. Item No 22 : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of water cooler electric driven (cooper wind motor) single phase 240/220V 50Hz cooling cap 40 Ltr per hour & storage cap 80 Ltrs reciprocating type compressor and type of refrigerant R-134-A incl making inlet & outlet water connection & making PCC platform (PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate) of size 1m x 1m x 10cm with waste water drainage arrangement and complete accessories as supplied by manufacturer such as 2 Nos chromium plated anti waste stop cock for discharge of cooling water incl making necessary electric connection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 23:Voltage stabliser 2 KVA automatic operations single phase, naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 150 V to 280 Volts with out put Voltage stablized at 230 V with accuracy of (+/-)2.5. Make V Guard/vertex.

Item No 24: Brick masonry SEPTIC TANK for 50 users with sludge chamber in NON Expansive soil including all excavation & earth works in any type of soil, removal of soil exc. 250 meter but n.exc. 500 meter, PCC, Brick work, RCC slab & plastering etc. complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Item No 25: Soakage well of size 1.8 Mtr internal dia x 3 M effective depth, in exc. in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, well of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete, RCC cover slab in M25 complete filled with brick bats, removal of soil exc. 250 meter but n.exc. 500 meter, PCC, Brick work, etc. complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.
