Earth work in hill road "Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all type of soil and rock with E&B and BIB as met at site true to line as per L-Section, camber/Super elevation as required also including uprooting and cutting of bushes, dressing of road surface to the required level and slope with all lead ,lifts and safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping place and forest land including slip clearance during hill side cutting as directed by engineer-in-charge including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Repairs of damages caused by rain/spillage of waterPreparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry,watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming tothe required line, grade, profile and rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller,complete as per Technical Specification clause 301.5.5.1

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. (Excavation in foundation for retaining & breast walls in all types of soils and rocks including lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge. Construction of coolie walling including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineerin-charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen ShouldersConstruction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Roadway CuttingConstruction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site fromroadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structuresgraded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as perTechnical Specification Clause 301.5

Stabilized Sub-base / Base: Providing, laying, spreading and Compacting chemically Stabilized soil mix for Base Course on prepared Subgrade, including Pulverising, adding Designed quantity of IRC Accredited Additives / Cement / Lime to the spreaded soil, proper mixing of soil & granular material with mixing in place method with Rotavator, Grading with Motor Grader and Compacting with Road Roller at OMC to achieve the Designed Unconfined Compressive Strength and to form a layer of base strictly as per technical specification clause 404 and Method Statement of Technology Provider (Procedure and Method Statement duly Approved by IRC). Including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work, (Soil Stabilisation Design will be provided by the contractor from NABL Accredited Laboratory), followed by Field Tests for CBR, Field Dry Density, UCS, Durability as per defined Sampling Frequency specified in MORD. Post Laying Tests and Soil Properties shall fullfil the Design Requirement

Prime Coat with Appropriate Technology duly Accredited by IRC to achieve Enhanced Spreadibility, Uniform Coverage, Penetration Improvement, Lower Residual Bitumen, Improved Water Resistance, Quick Setting and Reduced Consumption used with cationic bitumen emulsion CSS1 (IRC Approved)- as per MORD Section 502 used with Recommended Doses and Method Statement of Additive by Manufacturer / Technology Provider (Duly Approved and Accredited by IRC)

OGPC with Appropriate Technology duly Accredited by IRC: Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates with using penetration grade Bitumen mixed with Additive for enhansed performance and durability to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity as per MORD Section 506, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. The Additive shall be IRC Accredited and Doses and Method Statement as Recommended by Manufacturer / Technology Provider (Duly Approved and Accredited by IRC)

Seal Coat with Appropriate Technology duly Accredited by IRC: Providing and laying seal coat mixed with Additive, sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.
