M&L for taking down of old unserviceable LT panel any type any size any capacity including all accessories after disconnecting elect cable connection from MCCB/MCB/Capacitor/Earthing terminals from exising site and dismantaling of foundation without damaging of LT cables and keep aside complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling in trenches with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks of old size (230x115x75 mm) or of size locally available , laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F steel tubes light grade galvanized 100 mm bore ISI marked with all fittings fixed to walls / floors / road crossing, poles as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Labour & tools for horizontal boring through road / path / floor for passing UG cables by using trench less technology for laying upto 100mm dia GI pipe complete all as required. Note : GI pipe will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing).

Supply, laying fixed to wall/Underneath PCC/In duct and testing of LT UG cable, XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC Pipe 10Kg/Cm Sq grade, 63mm diaISI marked laid in Wall byfixed by means of MS Clamps made out of FI-300mm width X 3mm thickness fixed on wall with anchor fastner size 8mm each an interval of not more than 75mm intervals.

Supply, errect, test and commissioning Bus bar feeder pillar box of CPRI approved factory fabricated,dust & vermin proof including removal cable entry gland plate, powder coated 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 pole, 50 cycles outdoor type weather proof made out of 3mm thick MS sheet, with single incommer and outgoing through Bus bar, with angle iron legs of size 50x50x6mm, hinged door, locking arrangement with aluminium bus bar 500Amps capacity,LED indicating lamp for RYB grouted in pillars of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer comprising the following:- (Drg / design of Panel need to be approved by Engr-in-charge before given order to concern factory )

(i) Incoming:- One number MCCB 250 amp, 4 pole, Ics 25 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz with microprocessor release adjustable between 40% to 100% against overload setting

(ii) Outgoing:- Four numbers of Alluminium bus bar capacity of 500 Amps for RYB & N with making hole of suitable size for taking cable connection as directed. Bus bar should be fixed in such way cable can be connected easily. Gap between each bus bar should not be less than 150mm all around.
