providing and laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (I cement :6 fine sand :12 graded brick aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing cimplete including cost of form work in foundation and floors (S.I, no 275)

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1:25 finess modulous motar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials lobour and T&P etc.

12mm thick neat cement plaster in 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) mortar in single coat or fair of single or half brick
