1 Realignment of CCTV cameras - 50 nos. installed at Parking of Govt. Super Specaility Hospital Jammu by way of repositioning the cameras to eliminate blind spots, optimizing focus and field of view, and ensuring each camera is accurately directed toward entry points, perimeters, or other critical locations. During realignment, additional material be provided - outdoor cat 6 cable 305 mtr-2 bundle along with Cat 6 termination with connectors, 2U Racks -8 nos. , 04 Port POE Switch -10 nos., 2 core power cable- 250 mtrs. and proper routing through conduits or cable trays to maintain a secure and tidy installation. All other cable joints are checked and replaced if found loose or damaged. Cable connections, power supply, and network links are tested to confirm stable video transmission. After realignment, each camera is verified through the monitoring system for clear image quality, correct orientation, and uninterrupted recording, inspecting all installed cameras, checking their mounting brackets, and adjusting their angles to ensure proper coverage of designated areas as per site security requirements. The work includes confirming that the complete CCTV system is functioning efficiently at parking of Govt. Super Specaility Hospital Jammu. The job includes involves checking the input supply, output voltage, inverter stage, rectifier circuit, and bypass system. All damaged internal components such as power modules, IGBTs, capacitors, relays, fuses, control boards, and terminals are replaced. The battery bank connected to the UPS is inspected for correct voltage, charging health, load capacity, and any signs of swelling or leakage.The job includes replacement of batteries . The cooling fans and ventilation pathways are cleaned to prevent overheating. Firmware settings and UPS parameters are recalibrated for correct load sharing and proper transfer between mains, inverter, and bypass modes.
