Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing (on existing Y angles) with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, up to 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.50 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre. Complete in all respected as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Each Concertina Coil shall be opened for a maximum length of 6 m only.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required over the existing compound wall using 25 mm x 5 mm flat to the existing angle iron Y shaped complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge, Chain Link fabric fencing to be Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm Note : Rate should be inclusive of following 1. GI Chain link fencing 50 mm x 50 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm. 2. All bolts / screws / welding and other items etc. 3. Scaffolding for erection works 4. Providing and fixing labour 5. The chain-link fencing Area (i.e. length x width) executed at site shall be measured. Wastage shall NOT be measured and shall NOT paid for. Rate should be exclusive cost of 25 mm x 5mm flat . The same shall be measured under respective item of this tender.

Providing and Painting with TWO or more coats with ALUMINIUM PAINT of approved brand including cleaning the surfaces, necessary scaffolding, etc.; complete all as per specifications over the chain link fencing and the Flats fixed over the existing compound wall. for all height at all levels complete and as per paint manufacturers specifications and as directed by engineer-In Charge. Note : The coefficient of painting one side is 0.5 . i.e. for both the sides painting multiplication factor shall be one only.

Dismantling of existing barbed wire or flexible wire rope from the existing Y angle fencing over the existing compound wall up to 6m height including making rolls and stacking and submitting the same to the stores IPR at a location within within 50 metres lead inside the Institute Campus as directed by EIC.

Extra for additional lead for shifting of dismantled barbed wire / steel beyond 50 metre or part there of beyond 1st 50 metre up to 0.50 Km, By Manual Labour/ mechanical means including loading, unloading and stacking complete as directed by engineer-In Charge.

Providing and constructing Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and up to floor five level, including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a Yellow Zinc Chromate primer and two coat of paint as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. all complete. Note: 1. The rate shall be inclusive of modification (at desired location) i.e. cutting and welding of existing Y angles. 2. Rate to include making holes in the Structural steel members as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over M.S./Plate or any other section of any Sizes. Two or more coats on new work., Complete in all respect as directed by EIC. Note: Actual area of painted surface of each element shall be measured and paid in square meter. Rate for the item is to be quoted considering the mode of measurement as above.

Providing and applying Primer coat on existing Structural Steel Angles or any other sections, and over Chain link fencing etc. with Yellow zinc chromate primer of approved brand and as per manufacture's specifications, as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Rate to include removal of rust/paint or any other material, for preparing the surface for ease application of Primer coat.

Providing and laying brick on edge soling Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 5.0 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar, including filling joints with sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks.

Providing and laying 18 mm SAND FACED cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 course sand).finished rough with wooden float, Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Shifting of Existing gates( 4nos of wicket gates at location as per drawing ) from the existing location on the pathway to another location adjacent to pathway beside the compound wall, including dismantling, excavation , removing the support post , and excavating at new location, erecting and filling with cement concrete to hold in position , and all necessary to complete the job. The rate to include the cost of cement concrete 1:3:6, tools and tackles complete as per direction and instruction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of Reinforced cement concrete excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : All works up all height including Coping, Floors, lintel beam etc. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), complete all as per specifications or in all respect as directed by the EIC.

Providing, laying, position and fixing of Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding with soft drawn annealed binding wire of dia not less than 1mm with 2 stands etc., all complete up to all level. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more,Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers,complete all as per specifications or in all respect as directed by the EIC.

Earth work in excavation manual means in foundation trenches or drains & for fixing of M.S. Angle post. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil. Note: 1.Excavation need to be done Manually as per site condition.
