Providing of all materials, Carting from site of work, lowering into trenches with true to alignment, Laying & Jointing of full length S&S centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pipes including supply of 'EPDM' rubber gaskets confirming to IS 5382-1985 with testing of pipe line complete :D.I.S&S K-7 Pipe conforming to IS: 8329/2000

Excavation in soil mixed with single boulders etc. requireing the use of specials T&P, if any, for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5 M and lead up to 30 M with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches.

Constructing masonry Chamber 90x90x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.

Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Provision for reinstatement of roads where pipeline is to be laid.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete.

Making connection with the existing G.I. pipe line of following dia including local cartage of required to site of work, cutting & threading of pipe, bailing out of water, making connection properly with fitting of specials, testing of joints, back filling, cleaning of site completly and returning of scrap material to local store but including cost of specials.

100 mm to 150 mm

Repair of drains(minimum 0.50m wide) damaged at the time of laying of pipe lines.
