Taking down cement plaster on wall, ceiling, chajjas, roof projections, lintel, etc of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc and disposing off the rubbish materials out side MD land complete all as specified

Material and labour for cement plaster / rendering 20 mm thick applied in two coats/layers on fair faces of brick masonry (or concrete surfaces) of walls at all heights and levels, comprising a first/undercoat layer 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 part ordinary Portland cement : 4 parts clean, screened coarse/medium sand) and a second/finishing layer 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 part ordinary Portland cement : 4 parts clean, screened fine/medium sand) admixed with integral liquid/powder waterproofing compound (WPC) at the rate of 200 ml (or as per manufacturer's instructions) per 50 kg bag of cement, including surface preparation, raking out brick joints to a depth of not less than 10 mm to 15 mm, washing and thoroughly wetting the substrate, establishing screed pads/level dots to true plumb and line, scoring and scratching the first coat with a wire brush while green to form a mechanical key, applying the second finishing coat, trowelling, floating, and finishing the surface fair, smooth, and even without the addition of dry cement or neat cement slurry on the face, forming neat drip moulds / throating and rounded/chamfered external arrises/grooves, providing double staging/scaffolding to all heights, and curing with water for a minimum period of 14 days, complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face/other than fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even (without using extra cement) complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling, soffits of slabs, chajjas, columns and beams etc and finished the plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Material and labour for preparing new cement-plastered surfaces of internal walls and ceilings and applying two coats of washable acrylic-based distemper of required shade and colour (as approved), on new work at all heights, elevations, and floor levels, executed in a complete composite multi-coat system comprising: thorough surface preparation by scraping, brushing down, wire brushing, removing loose mortar droppings, efflorescence, dust, dirt, and grease, washing and cleaning the substrate with clean water and allowing to dry thoroughly; applying one undercoat of white cement-based polymer-modified wall putty of average 1.50 mm thickness in one or two passes, leveling all pinholes, depressions, and surface unevenness, rubbing down gently with fine waterproof emery paper (grade 320/400) and wiping clean; applying one priming coat of approved water-thinnable interior acrylic wall primer; and applying two finishing coats of washable acrylic-based distemper conforming to IS 428, allowing requisite drying intervals between successive coats, applied mechanically by airless spray machine or roller by an authorized applicator strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's printed instructions to achieve a uniform, streak-free, smooth, and matt finish, including providing and erecting necessary staging/scaffolding, trestles, ladders, drop sheets, masking tapes, and thoroughly cleaning all distemper, primer, and putty stains from glass panes, floors, electrical fittings, and joinery, complete all as specified. (Note: Application of new finishes shall be carried out mechanically by an authorized applicator and strictly as per the manufacturer's instructions. Material and labour for complete removal of existing paint/finish treatment on old cement-plastered surfaces of internal walls and ceilings and applying two coats of washable acrylic-based distemper of required shade and colour (as approved), on old work at all heights, elevations, and floor levels, executed in a comprehensive refinishing sequence comprising: completely stripping, scraping, and removing old existing coatings (such as lime wash, colour wash, dry/oil-bound distemper, old flaking paint, or loose coatings) down to the bare plaster substrate using steel scrapers, wire brushes, and sandpaper, washing and cleaning the substrate with clean potable water and allowing it to dry thoroughly; removing efflorescence, dirt, soot, and grease; cutting open and filling fine cracks up to 3 mm width with approved acrylic crack filler; applying one undercoat of white cement-based polymer-modified wall putty of average 1.50 mm thickness in one or two passes, leveling all undulations, pinholes, and irregularities, rubbing down smoothly with fine waterproof emery paper (grade 320/400) and wiping clean; applying one priming coat of approved water-thinnable interior acrylic wall primer; and applying two finishing coats of washable acrylic-based distemper conforming to IS 428, allowing requisite drying intervals between successive coats, applied mechanically by airless spray machine or roller by an authorized applicator strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's printed instructions to achieve a uniform, streak-free, smooth, and matt finish, including providing and erecting necessary staging/scaffolding, trestles, ladders, drop sheets, masking tapes, and thoroughly cleaning all scrapings, debris, distemper, primer, and putty stains from glass panes, floors, electrical fittings, and joinery, complete all as specified.
