Demolition of PCC (un-reinforced) in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick or stone/concrete blcok/stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast cement articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of barbed wire in any description any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth, for foundation, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Precast cememt concrete, type-C-1, block masonary with solid blocks, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal surplus soil not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up PVC drain pipes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 110mm bore pipe PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floor , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for stone masonry walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, bulit in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position including disposal of old materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1.0 KM, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required inclduing cranking bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annelaed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20x20x25mm thick, with grey cement and no pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Vibro compacted interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade over and including 30mm thick sand cushion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 75mm thick, plain cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring, surface finished even and rough to receive floor topping, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling poles, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

Prepation of plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Cement base paint , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of chequered tiles /Interlocking tiles surface of floor and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of 80 mm dia concertina coil complete all as specified and directed.

Note : - Contract sum will be derived after deduction of Rs. 60420.00 as listed in Schedule `A` Part -II (Schedule of credit).
