PILE FOUNDATION Note :- 1. The depth of pile embedded in pile cap will not consider for measurement. 2. The pile has to be casted up to the ground level and have to demolish up to bottom of pile cap as shown in drawing. 3. Demolition of concrete of piles from GL to the bottom of pile cap will not be considered for measurement. 4. Contractor has to quote the rate accordingly.

Supply and install testing commissioning of Split Acs with inverter type comprising of indoor / outdoor with copper coil single phase 230 V, 50 Hz complete with cordlesss remote control unit with BLDC compressor, including necessary fixing arrangement complete unit shall be placed suitable position and height inside the room and outdoor unit at suitable place outside the room on plinth height/on wall or roof as suitable and including metallic bracket with fixing bolts for outdoor unit, insulated copper piping at required length at site, Refrigerant R 32 of capacity 1.5 TR (Copper type )5 star rated complete all as specified and directed.

FIRE DETECTION

Supply and fix Rosette plate (for detector above false ceiling only) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay 2 core 1.5 sq mm copper conductor PVC insulated / FRLS armoured cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 25 mm dia PVC conduit / 25 mm PVC casing complete all as specified and directed.

DG SET

Supply install testing and commissioning Auto Mains Failure silent type Diesel Engine Generating sest 415 Volts 58.50 KVA 3 phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self exicited self regulated brushless AC generator installed including accoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Trivandrum and confirming to condition uner IS 10002, 13364 Part I 1992, BS 5514/5000 with following:- (i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant IS/BS Standards design. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and final sucessful acceptance test. (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site as specified in PS in presence E/M Offr detaled by Accepting Officer, all testing arrangements/equipments shall be made available by the contractor for tests. (A). Alternator:- Standard desisgn alternator rated at 50 KVA/nearest higher available capacity at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self regulated screen protected drip proof brushless design with winding in pole faces insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of ± 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load.The alternator shall be confirming to BS 5000, IS : 13364 Part I (1992) and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation with in ± 1% tolerace.

The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS-2613/5000/IS-4722. (i) Insulation class - 'H' (ii) Temparature rise Class-'H' (iii) Excitation : Self Excited (iv) Regulation performance. The voltage is kept constant with +1% manual voltage adjustment within + 5%. (v) Frequency regulation +1%. (B) Diesel Engine:- Adequate capacity of Diesel engine as accepted by the Accepting Officer based on manufacturers technical details water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant IS/BS complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation sailent featurers of accessories shall be as under:- (i) Fly wheel with housing (ii) Cooling sytem:- Moulded radiator with fan and belts (iii) Cooling water pump:- Centrifugal type belt driven. Detachable cable gland plates all controls, indicators and standard fitting shall be as follows:-

(i) NAL approved as per CPCB - IV norms. (ii) It should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board (iii) The generating set batteries and control panel should be inside the enclosure (iv) Fuel tank should be in side the enclosure (v) Construction Details/specification are as follows:- (a) Outer body:- CRCA sheet of 1.6mm thick (b) Doors:- CRCA sheet of 1.6mm thick (c) Sound Insulation:- 100mm thick rock wool/fire resistance foam (minimum density 64 kg/Cum) as per standard manufacturing

(vi) The accoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit (vii) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG set on a suitable insulated plat form. (viii) The DG set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button (ix) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by CFL/FTL Lamp fittings. (x) The noises level should be 75 dB at 1m under free field condiitons (xi) The accoustic enclosure parts shall be of power coated after pre treatment process. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade, Make of Engine:- Kirloskar Oil/Cummins/Greaves Make of Alternator:- Kirloskar Green/Jyoti/Stamford. Note :- (i) The complete DG set shall be procured from authorised OEM of the manufacturer of engine. A certificate in this connection shall be submitted to the GE. (ii) Anything missed out above but technically required for efficient working of DG set is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, conected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 in SSR connected to earthing test point all as specified or indiesled complete with excavation and earth work, PCC pit with 50mm thick RCC cover (grade M-15) having suitable handle (10mm MS Rod) 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe wiht GI funned with wire mesh 40mm bore GI pipe (light grade) for protection of earth lead conductor all as directed and testing on completion.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 600mm X 600mm X 750mm with foundation in PCC 1:4:8 type D2, brick work built in CM 1:4, plastering internal surfaces completely and external surfaces upto 150mm below ground level, 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) 100mm thick (1:3:6) Type C1 coping 40 x 40 x 6mm angle iron with 3mm thick MS sheet cover complete with handle locking arrangement including painting steel and iron surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc primer complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting the existing pipe line in position and inserting medium grade ISI marked GI Tee and one number union of 25mm dia medium grade 40x40x25 mm for making branch connection all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 1/2 /4 core XLPE, armoured, AI conductor cable of size 25 to 50 Sqmm, Indoor/Outdoor type, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of ser item No-52 above but cable of size 70 to 95 spmm, Indoor / Outdoor type, complet all as specified and directed.

M&L for Fabrication and fixing of street light bracket made of 40 mm dia GI tubing light grade, 1.5 metres long, bent to shape fixed to pole with 50 mm x 6 mm GI clamps incl two run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable from triominal box to street light fitting steel tubular pole.

Supply and fix high power LED 60 W die-cast aluminum IP66 PDC street light luminiare Make-Crompton Cat Pt-LSTP-60CDL or equivalent of Philips /Wipro /Bajaj.

S & F hot press moulded SMC junction / terminal box of size with internal diamensions of 200 x 140 x 95 mm with hinged door, incl provision of 4 way connector 415 Volts made out of polycarbonate or bakelite and 1 No MCB of 6 Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable conbnections, connecting incoming and or out going cables by providing suitabler of size of cable lugs/glands, fixied on pole by means of clamps.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of Transformer 100 KVA, step down, outdoor type11/0.433 KV, 50Hz, AC double wound core type copper wound, oil immersed, air naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connection on HV side and star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DyN-11 (vector group 4) and having tapping of + 7.5% in equal step of 2.5 % changed by means of off load tap changing arrangement. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335 and including all fittings /accessories as specified in SSR Part -I and IS -2026. The transformer should have cable box on LT side and HT side. The limit of temp rise after continuous full load run as specified in SSR part-I and IS - 1180 Part I : 2014 and BEE certified shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temp prevailing at site all as specified comprising with and including the following specifications:- (i) 01 No Cable box on LT side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing brass rods and nuts washers and cable glands of suitable for reception of cable LT 1100 Volt grade XLPE insulated heavy duty 'E' grade including gland joint complete. (ii) -do- for HT side - 03 Nos.
