Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated/ semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description of brick or stone wall etc incl racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all arches, pillars all quoins etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar (like for interlocking tile , kota stone, cuddapa stone and marbles) complete all as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris outside MD land all as specified

Dismantling structural steel work from and including doors, gates or of any description but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified. Note :- Dismantling of plain/corrugated sheets from doors and gate will be measured separately in particular item of sheet dismantling.

M & L for flyash brick work with sub class "B" brick st or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cm 1:6

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base for plinth protection /hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick P.C.C 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in sub base complete all as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying machine pressed precast concrete interlocking reflective coloured (Glossy Finish)pavers block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 55mm to 60mm thick, M-35 Grade over 30mm thick sand layer watering and ramming laid over 100mm thk Granular Subbase Shingle/gravel , spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as specified.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete (Glossy Finish) tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick jointed with grey pigment cements/pigments and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors 15mm thk cement screed base laid in mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick PCC type C2 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified

Supply only integral water proofing compound

Labour only for Erection & Refixing of main and cross beams,windties, hip and jack rafters; purlins, bracings where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified.(Note:-The rates also include for drilling the members for existing steel members on site connections)

Labour only for Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, ridges fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 as required all as specified and as directed.

S & F 0.5 mm thick pre painted/coloured galvalume Al zin coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of an colour having tensile strenth of 550 Mpa as in roofing fixing all as per manufactures instructions fixed on roof with all fittings and accessories.

All as per item above but plain sheet as in ridge, etc

S & F Machine pressed 1.00 mm thick plain, galvanise, mild steel sheeting in valley gutters (Trapezoidal shape), drips and straight clashings (length and girth fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275.

S & F for 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced transulant corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side laps fixed with coach screw and washer in roof , wall etc.

S & F in repairs for 1.25 mm thick Steel rolling shutters, mechanical gear operated with bevel gear box and crank handle,as specified including top covers, anchoring rod, hasp, staple,safety lockers and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for running Welding in repairs n.exc 6mm in thickness of Metal to be welded complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in repairs Ball bearing for rolling shutters all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)Fe-410 gd E-250 quality B

M & L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe-410 Gde E-250

S&F Steel work tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240

M & L for hot rolled mild steel in wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing etc. of Fe 410 (Gde-E-250) complete

S & F Steel windows for industrial buildings, fixed type, with glazing bars, complete all as specified and as directed.( Size of window =1.80m x 1.20m with MS 25mmx25mmx5mm)

S&F 4.0 mm th sheet glass ordinary quality plain and glazing with oil putty in square n'exc .5 sqm in each pane.

M & L for Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints in 150mm thk slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’

M & L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper in approved colour/ shade over a coat of chalk whiting primercomplete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B1 (1:2:4, using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer.

M&L for Complete removal of existing paint by grinding,scrapping and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint with red oxide primer incl preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specifed and as directed

Taking down existing treatment of any description and any layer from roof including scraping and roughening old by picking, sweeping clean and washing down to remove dust etc.complete and applying/brushing the cleaned surface with neat cement slurry 3 Kg per Sqm complete.

M & L for Closing bolt holes etc. in old corrugated steel sheets or galvalume/asbestos sheeting by sealing with one bitumen and one coach screws/bolts GI washer on either side and 6mm G.I. bolts/screws and nuts, all set in stiff white lead, bolt n exc 25mm in length all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture. 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for 40 mm thick Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in damp proof course (DPC) to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary form work and mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for taking out old water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab and applying water proofing treatment using polymerised membrane to roof slab. Water proofing treatment shall be as under :- (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface, apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 100 Gm/ Sqm as per manufacturers instruction. (c) On this primed surface, the approved APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester mat asreinforcement weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/ Sqm laid by torch application metho and top surface shall be applied with bituminous aluminium paint. (d) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction & 100mm on transverse direction.
