Providing and fixing cup board shutters 25 mm thick, with Pre-laminated flat pressed three layer particle board or graded wood particle board IS: 12823 marked, exterior grade (Grade l Type ll), having one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination, including IInd class teak wood lipping of 25 mm wide x12 mm thick with necessary screws and bright finished stainless steel piano hinges, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than Grade-AC 10 as per IS:1868), transparrent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. (a) 250x16mm

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.(a) Single rubber stopper

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead of area 3 sq. metres and below including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Repairs to plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Renewing glass panes with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness1m , of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Painting one or more coats on old work with synthatic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. (a) New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
