Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

All terms and conditions of tender document shall be applicable to this tender

The tenderer should abide for all the terms and condition of the tender document.

Service charge should be inclusive of GST and quoted accordingly in KPP Portal.

Past Experience

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed 80% of the amount put to tender in providing similar services in one Individual / Single Contract to various State / Central Government / MNCs Industrial Undertaking / Manufacturing units in any one year of the last three years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)

Work Done Certificate

Financial Status

Annual Turnover of Rs. (40% of the total cost of the tender) for any 02 years in the preceding 03 years(2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)in which the tenderer should have executed similar Services for the reputed Institutions and a Certificate to be enclosed as per tender document
