Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards / outlet boxes, light fittings and fixtures such as tube light fittings, bulk head fittings, mirror light, sketch light fittings, bldg sec light etc and removing material to store for taking in credit and making good disturbed surface of wall/ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F security light fittings, with pressure die cast aluminium housing, suitable for 60 W LED, complete pre-wired, incl suitable bracket for fixing light on wall or any indicated locaction all as specified and as directed by Engr - in Charge complete all as per Havells Cat No: ENDURAPEARLSL60W or equivalent model approved makes.

Supply and fixing in repair LED Lamp for post top 20 W ,240 volt,50 hz,IP-65 round shaped , complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton Cat Part No-LPTH-20-CDL (as per sample) or equivalent make mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS & BULBS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 02 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced on site free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

Supply and fixing in repair street light bracket made of 32 mm GI pipe , 1.2 mtr lenght fixed with two nos of clamp , nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 32 amps including connection & testing all as specified.

S&F in repair MCB single pole 6-32 Amps, 240 volts, 10 kA rupturing capacity providing in DB complete including connection & testing all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanized Steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level and filled with 15cm thick alternate layers of charcoal and salt, connected & including GI wire earth lead 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanized iron protected by 15mm dia GI Pipe (light grade). Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layers of charcoal or coke and common salt in 15cm thick in layers & 15cm of width all-around of earth plate including 20mm dia GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, necessary earth work in any type of soil, Pre-cast RCC cover duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT Bar @150 mm c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 8 mm dia TMT bar embedded in cover slab, Earth Pit of PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggregate) complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate.
