Dear Sir, We, the undersigned, offer to undertake the Project in accordance with your Request for Proposal (RFP), and our Proposal (Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal). We intend to offer our services for the subjected project at the Lump Sum Rates quoted as indicated in this .xls file forming part of the financial envelope of our bid.

Note: 1. The financial evaluation shall be based on the total of Financial Proposal (sum of i, ii and iii) for the Cost of Consultancy including GST. 2. The aforesaid Cost of Consultancy, payable to the Consultant in accordance with the Financial Proposal, shall cover all the costs, fees and expenses related to the provision services pursuant to the Consultancy. No additional fees/charges in respect thereof shall be due or payable except for in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement. 3. All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees and shall be subject to applicable Indian withholding taxes if any. 4. Example of Consultancy Fee Calculation: Suppose Services are rendered for any 1 of the Municipal Corporations in Jharkhand and any 1 of the Nagar Parishads in Jharkhand Then, Calculation for total eligible consultancy fee will be done as under subject to that the payments shall be made as per the stages mentioned under relevant clause of the RFP: Total Consultancy Fee = (Rate under Sl. No. i x 1) + (Rate under Sl. No. ii x 1)
