Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads paths,etc. cutting around edges to at least exc 30 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings and rolling) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premix Bituminous Macadam (BM) using Paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 4 % binder by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using vibratory / pneumatic and tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Consolidated thickness 75 mm or less

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping ith brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc over black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS. 8887 at a rate of application of 0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 30 mm (consolidated thickness) in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% minimum binder content mixed by weight of total mix as wearing course, using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note : No Extra payment shall be paid to the contractor for more quantity of bitumen than mentioned in Sch 'A'.

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new existing concrete/bituminous surfaces of roads, runways, pavements and like not exceeding 10cm width and machine painting with 1.5mm thick thermo plastic road marking paint as lines dashes, letters arrowas etc of tint white/golden yellows etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing n.exc 15cm deep in any type of soil at side road berms all as specified and complete as directed.

Supplying and speading, levelling moorum / red bajri in road side berms, pavings, laid in layers 100 mm thick including watering and rolled and compated to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors (including tiles/floor finishes) and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (Below or above GL) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cement concrte / Interlocking tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, of any position or thickness in floor, aprons, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25mm thick sand filling under floors of interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick type D-2 PCC 1:4:8, (40 mm graded agg) for sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed

M&L 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete with grey cement and pigment interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658- 2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 grade with gray cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Liquid seal coat applying evenly binder @9.8Kg per 10 Sqm 10 Sqm blinding with 6.3 mm size stone chipping @ 0.09 cum per 10 Sqm and rolled to uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Wet Mixed Macadam (WMM) 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) minimum in two layers of 75mm each with coarse granite stone aggregate of specified grade, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical paver/ grader and tandem vibratory roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed Note :- (i) The unit rate inserted shall be for 150mm thick consolidated thickness in 2 layers respectively for 150mm thick (each of 75mm thick compacted thickness) (ii) Each layer shall be rolled and compacted separately. (iii) WMM shall be as per MORTH specification as detailed in the specification.

M&L preparing unsurfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc & Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 8 Kgs/10Sqm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 Sqm & 50mm but n.exc 50 mm deep and removal from site n.exc 50M and staking all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors and pavings, finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L hardcore of guage n.exc 63mm of broken stone borders, deposited, spread and level in layers n.exc 15cm thick, water and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of debris (aggreates of any description) obtained from demolition including loading and unloading to a distance not less than 5 KM from the starting piont and deposited where directed etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
