Manpower requirement as per details given in point number 8.(b) on page number 15 and point number 9 on page number 16 of the Annexure I (A) of technical bid. The rates shall be inclusive of all statutory obligations, uniform, wages ( for regular and extra duties ), management fee etc.

Façade Cleaning.(This activity may happen only 2 times in a year). Area - Classrooms = 550 sqm,library =3003sqm. Total = 3553sqm

Shampooing of chair (This activity may happen only 2 times in year) (500 chairs *2 times per day)

Shampooing of sofa set 3 seater (This activity may happen only twice a year) 5 sofas *2 per year

Shaampooing of sofa set 1 seater.( This activity may happen only 2 times in a year a year)

Drainage Manhole cleaning/de-silting work: Blocked manhole/chambers cleaning including removal of silt and other waste material, lifting it, disposal of this waste material properly to deisgnated location as directed in the campus. The work includes usage of manpower, equipment, machinery, Truck mounted Compressor machine etc.. The blockage to be removed using rods or compressor machine as required at site. The work needs to be excuted using all proper safety measures required for this kind of work as per govterment rules. The rate is to be quoted per job as and when required. Scope includes all chambers including student mess chambers.

Manholes( no`s 40) of different depths [Depth upto 3 feet, above 3 feet up to 5 feet, above 5 feet up to 18 feet]

Providing Electrical maintenance and allied services (including coordination of DG, Lifts solar,fir and safety, air conditioning )for premises under this contract 24 x 7 as per detailed scope, terms and conditions mentioned.

For Buildings

For open Area other than buildings ( such as Playground, roads and open area near residential houses, lower plaza area, area between clusters, pathway between substation 1 to playground)

Providing General Electrical maintenance Services. This item is for other than routine main activities mentioned in 201.1 & 201.2 above. Supervision of the technicians shall be carried out by the overall supervisor deployed for section no. 201.1. & 201.2 above. The rates shall be inclusive of all statutory obligations, uniform, wages ( for regular and extra duties ), PF , ESIC, BONUS, GRATUITY, EL or any other cost which bidder pays like supervision and management fee, uniform, etc. complete. (Annexure I ( C ) appendix-1 Points A,B,C,D)

Skilled Electrician / Wireman (Quantity = 1 supervisor x 30 shifts in a month = 30 shifts in a month)

Semi - skilled (Quantity = 1 supervisor x 30 shifts in a month = 30 shifts in a month)

Helper (Quantity = 1 helpers x 30 shifts in a month = 30 shifts in a month) whenever required

Providing General Maintenance Services like Carpentry, Plumbing and Civil repair works for premises under this contract as per detailed scope, terms and conditions mentioned. The rates shall be inclusive of all statutory obligations, uniform, wages ( for regular and extra duties ), PF , ESIC, BONUS, GRATUITY, EL, supervision,uniform, management fee etc. complete.

Carpenter ( skilled) (Quantity = 2 persons x 30 shifts in a month = 60 shifts in a month)

Plumber (skilled) (Quantity = 5 persons x 30 shifts in a month = 150 shifts in a month)

Civil work - (skilled) (Quantity = 1 persons x 30 shifts in a month = 30 shifts in a month)

Mason - General works (unskilled) (Quantity = 2 persons x 30 shifts in a month = 60 shifts in a month)

Mason - Tiling / Cement Coating works in housings and other area (semi- skilled) (Quantity = 1 persons x 30 shifts in a month = 30 shifts in a month)

Helpers (unskilled) whenever required
