Supply, installation, testing and commissionning of cubical type back openable, Compartmentalised, floor mounted indoor type, dust and vermin proof powder coated pannel board for essential and non essential, suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply of suitable size made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet as to accomoded the following mountings complete with copper bus bars of 600 AMP capacity, detouchable gland plate, 100 mm X 40 mm X 4 mm thick MS channel frame at the bottom connections, Inter connections with suitable size copper wire, copper bars, copper links, cable, connector etc. Including suitable foundation arrangement etc. as per site requirement and also providing and fixing the following accessories etc. as required (all L&T / Siemens make)

AMP PANEL

Cubical type floor mounted AMF panel made from 16 SWG Sheet Steel, duly pretreated, powder coated painted and aesthetically finished, suitable for controlling of 62.5 KVA DG set having following specification/features.

The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to do within 15 (fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure.

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself. High quality acoustict enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-II norms.

BASE FRAME: Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:(i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc. (ii) All materials, equipments 8s accessories must conform to relavent IS /IEC specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer. (iii)Nacessary manufacturer's test certificate for Desiel Engin, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment.
