MAINT REPAIR/REPLACEMENTOF CI/GI PIPE LINES AND REPAIR TO SUBMERSIBLE PUMPING SETS, SEWAGE PUMPING SETS, WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM ETC, REPLACEMENT OF PARTS AND IMPROVEMENT TO WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION ALLIED WORKS AT RTS A DEPOT HEMPUR UNDER GE (E)

M&L for cleaning and sterilization inside the Over head tank of 25,000 Gallons capacity through bacteriological treatment including cleaning the external surfaces, structure for all scales and other particles any algae, hives and any type with cement and sand mortar (1:4) and applying one coat of white wash to internal surface when became dry and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer to external surface complete all as specified and directed. Cleaning process as under : (a) Draining out the reserved water by using exit valve or high capacity pump of dewatering system. (b) Cleaning all the the algae formation inside the tank removing all scale, dirt, mud inside the tank. (c) Scrubbing the walls and floor with mechanized scrubber & fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump (rotary & flat) to remove all scaling, algae and other formed particles on internal surfaces of the tank completely. (d) Bacteria screening. (e) Cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner and sludge sucker with suitable heavy duty rugged motor to make sump free of any foreign and loose particles of any nature. (f) Cleaning and third screening is to sterilize the floor and wall of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong non toxic bio-degradable eco-friendly anti-bacterial agent certified by a Govt. approved laboratory to disinfect the tank from all harmful pathogens. Note : (i) Entire T& P should be arranged by the contractor at their own. Only electric power & water shall be supplied by MES at all stipulated rate. (ii) “Date of cleaning” should be written over the outer surface of tank by synthetic enamel paint. (iii) All safety equipments required like safety helmets, Gumboots, safety belt, mask, safety goggles and necessary insurance for safety of working labors to execute the work is responsibility of the contractor and rates quoted shall be deemed to inclusive of the same.

All as per Sl item No 1.00 here in before but capacity 10000 gallons underground sump.

M&L for cutting/trimming of wild vegetations, bushes/grass etc. including wild grown lantana, boroo grass, thin spaplings of subabool, seasonal/perennial weeds etc from ground level, collecting and stacking of subabool, seasonal/perennial weeds etc. from ground level, of surroundings area under water supply installations collecting and stacking the same in heaps at least 1km away from the place of working so as to give a neat and clean appearance outside the periphery of the area under water supply installations complete all as specified and directed. Note: All the labours should wear safety equipments & contractor is liable to provide the same without any extra cost.

Labour only for rectification leakage in existing DI/CI/GI water supply pipe in line 20 to 150mm dia in any position by excavation, taking out the water from excavated trench, rectifying the leakage in pipe line by inserting short piece of pipe, on site threading to pipe, replacement of socket, tee, bend, union etc as reqd at site as without taking out the pipe line, after rectification of leakage returning, filling and making disturbed surface matching to existing specification complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) All fittings shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) All breakdown shall be attended within 12 hours from the time of communication by deploying adequate manpower at site. (iii) Screwing and threading as per site requirement shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for disconnecting and repair existing unserviceable/defective centrifugal pump and motor capacity of 25 HP, disconnecting all electrical connections, lifting and removing motor form its existing foundation, transporting to repair workshop, carefully checking, segregating serviceable and unserviceable parts, cleaning the serviceable parts thoroughly by approved method (parts like stator, rotor, terminal box, bearings shaft, key etc) heating, drying & varnishing including replacement of burnt winding for 25 HP motor with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge and good quality of insulating materials including replacement of unserviceable parts as required including necessary lath / machining work. Reassembling the pump and motor including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after necessary surface preparation, installing to its existing foundation, commissioning, connecting up and testing complete as directed.

M&L for disconnecting and repair existing unserviceable/defective submersible pump assembly capacity 15 HP, disconnecting all electrical connections removing from foundation, transporting to repair workshop, checking and segregating serviceable / unserviceable parts, cleaning serviceable parts thoroughly by approved method, replacement of wron out parts i.e bearing, rotor, burn out winding, pump shaft, impeller, including necessary lath / machinery work , re-assembling the pump completely lowering the pump alongwith all accessories to the existing location, overhauling, commissioning, testing and connecting up complete including painting all as specified and and as directed.

M&L for collecting water sample from bore well Pump house No. 1,2,3,4 & 5, packing it safely in sterlized bottles as required quantity and send it to approved Govt laboratory or other approved labs for testing of portable water/raw water as per IS 10500 with following parameters colours, odour, turbidity, conductivity, TDS, PH, alkalinity, hardness, calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, ammonia, nitrite, chloride, fluoride, sulphite, phosphate, silica, free chlorine, standard plate count, total coliform, streptococcuc and special elements test and provide its report to Engr in charge.

M&L for replacement of fully automatic star delta DOL starter in sheet-steel enclosure type MN / ML with thermal overload and short circuit protection from over currents and faults, single phase protection feature suitable for motor 15 HP, rating AC 3 duty, 415V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, having relay range 09-15A. IP 55 Protection, complete all as specified and directed Make- L&T MN 16 FASD Cat No SS94362 or equivalent in C&S / Legrand / Bharat

M&L for replacement of fully automatic star delta DOL starter in sheet-steel enclosure type MN / ML with thermal overload and short circuit protection from over currents and faults, single phase protection feature suitable for motor 25 HP, rating AC 3 duty, 415V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, having relay range 14-23A. IP 55 Protection, complete all as specified and directed Make- L&T MN 25 FASD Cat No SS94364 or equivalent in C&S / Legrand / Bharat

Labour only for cleaning of foot valve of size upto 150mm by taking out from UG sump and cleaning of stainer, rubber washer and fixing back to its existing position, priming of pump sets with water and testing suction line by running pump sets complete all as specified and as directed.
