Work of Supply & Fitment of Roller Blinds in LHB AC Coaches at C&W Workshop, Northern Railway, Jagadhri for 18 months

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or V whichever is less V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-J, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender.

Defination of Similar Work :- Tenderer should either have supplied satisfactorily Roller Blinds for Indian Railway coaches to PU's /Zonal Railways or have executed satisfactorily repair/ fitment contracts of Roller Blinds for Indian Railway Coaches as per relevant RCF/ICF/RDSO Specifications in Zonal Railways/Repair Workshops/PU's

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Annexure II- A filled up, signed and stamped with all the details and also upload the relevant documents i.e. completion certificates carrying all the details of the similar works contracts completed. Own separate Sheet may also be used to fill the details.

Annexure -I NEFT filled up, signed and stamped with all the details has to be uploaded.

If partnership firm is participating then all the documents mentioned in Annexure D & E of the tender document has to be uploaded.

An option for the contractor to take payment from Railways through a letter of credit (LC) arrangement as per railway bd letter no.No.2018/CE-T/9 New Delhi, Dated 04.06.2018

All General Conditions of Contract of Indian Railways- April-2022 with up to date correction slips as applicable. The tenderer is expected to be familiar with the General Conditions of Contract of Indian Railways and it is their responsibility. However, some special features are given here for guidance of the tenderer.

16.TENDERER'S CREDENTIALS:- Documents testifying tenderer's previous experience and financial status should be produced along with the tender or when desired by competent authority. Tenderer(s) who has/have not carried out any work so far on this Railway and who is/are not borne on the approved list of the Contractors of Northern Railway should submit along with his/their tender credentials to establish. (i) His capacity to carry out the works satisfactorily. (ii) His financial status supported by Bank reference and other documents. (iii) Certificates duly attested and testimonials regarding contracting experience for the type of job for which tender is invited with list of works carried out in the past.

The tenderer shall upload signed scanned copies of mandatory credentials such as experience, turn over Certificates and any other documents as applicable.

It is responsibility of the tenderer that they ensure to see any corrigendum of the tender to check the corrigendum on the IREPS website from time to time.

It is brought to the notice of all bidders that manual/ offline mode of payment through Demand Draft, Banker's cheque, Cash Deposit receipts etc. shall not be available against Works Tenders. The bidders will have to make payment towards tender document cost and earnest money against such tenders through online payment modes like net banking, debit/ credit cards etc. available on IREPS portal.
