The scope of work Includes necessary engineering survey, Architectural planning & Design, structural designing, MEP designing, dismantling of the existing building (Below the plinth Level) and site clearance for starting the construction, dewatering, Shoring & Sheet Piling, earthwork excavation, disposal of earth ,all types of foundation works(as per soil test report) , grade slab, grade beams, ramp, retaining wall ,lintels, stair and staircase room, lift well and lift room, parapet, columns including dummy columns, roof beam and roof slabs for all floors, masonry works , plastering , joinery, Rolling shutters, grills, finishing ,flooring, water proofing treatment, handrail works ,structural steel, roofing and external facade, construction of all types of structures,all internal and external activities, Sanitary , Plumbing and water supply works, Design Manufacturing, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 11KV tapping point 11KV RMU, Dry type Transformers, Diesel generators, UPS and Battery, Rising Mains, Main/ Sub main LT Panels, HT/LT cables, UG cabling,Cable trays, Earthing, Lightening Arrestor, Smart Energy Meters, Sub main DBs, DBs, ACBs, VCBs, MCCBs, Isolators, MCB, ELCBs, Point wiring, Indoor/Outdoor Light fixtures, HDPE Pipes, LT poles, Lift,Fire Alarms , Firefighting works, CCTV, Basement floor ventilation, Overhead water tank, fire and sump tank, Rain water harvesting ,STP civil and mechanical works including external sewerage and drainage connection. Yard finishing like GSB , inter locking paver, landscaping and ramp finishing , compound wall as per minimum required specifications stated in tender documents and Architectural planning and design, approved by CSML, inclusive of all sort of taxes, duties, cess, and royalties but excluding GST. complete as mentioned in the scope of work of the tender documents, including obtaining all statutory approvals from relevant departments etc complete.. Operation and maintenance of market building Operation and maintenance of market building including Lift, Ventilation system,STP, DG set, CCTV & All electrical equipment's, Complete as per technical specifications for 1st year Operation and maintenance of market building including Lift, Ventilation system,STP, DG set, CCTV & All electrical equipment's, Complete as per technical specifications for 2nd year Operation and maintenance of market building including Lift, Ventilation system,STP, DG set, CCTV & All electrical equipment's, Complete as per technical specifications for 3rd year Cleaning of market building, common area, Clearing solid waste including vegetable, non vegetable waste and transporting the same to designated corporation collection point with in 100 meters from boundary of the premises. The cost includes construction of storage space with adequate floor area for storing solid waste up to 2 days with side walls, roof, and state of the art sanitation facilities, protection from leakage of leachate etc complying with latest MSW rules, municipal regulations and PCB norms, complete for one year
